I would like to say that my technician (Ben Strolsky) was extremely competent & knowledgeable. When Ben called me back and I explained what the problem was, he was very helpful in walking me through the steps I should take on how to turn the hot water off before it caused any water damage (which was not easy since I still have a landline phone). He then told me just what I needed and what time he would be there with the new hot water boiler and what the cost would be. And on every occasion, Ben was right on the money. For any other plumbing issues I may have in the future, I will definitely call Boston Standed up and first request Ben Strolsky for all my plumbing needs. I Give Ben An A++.

Irfan responded very quickly with a leak in my house. He arrived on time and found where the leak is. He stopped the leak on the same day and provided professional repair advice.
