From the simple tasks of unclogging drains, to installing fixtures in the kitchen, to helping with sewer pipes, I’d be pleased just to have someone reliable, responsible, and reasonable, but Tony is all that and more. He bends over backwards to help and then goes the extra mile with helpful tips and recommendations.

Back in Feb when the Boston area was predicting a night of -30 degree temps on the same day I was flying out of town, Tony spent time on the phone with me the day before, going over all the steps I should take. Then, knowing he was going to be downright pummeled with calls for frozen pipes the next day, he even offered to come check the house when he could to make sure the water was running and all looked okay if I left out a key. I will never forget such an amazing gesture. There is truly no better plumber. Always responsive, always skillful, and always the extra mile.

Rich did a great job helping me out with my broken water heater. He, out of many companies I called, was the fastest, cheapest, and ended up the highest job quality. He’s very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended service!!

Dishonest and worst ever. Sink leak after the repair. Technician did not disclose cost and asking a $20 basket strainer for $300 as part cost. Threatening to charge labor if he put the old parts back. I have to settle for $50. Call the office file a complaint, but no respond. Don't do business with this company!!!

I have been working with Narrow Way on a number of jobs around my house, an old! Boston house; jobs have ranged from putting in a laundry sink to plumbing a bathroom . They are very reliable; they come when they say they will, they complete the work they say they will in budget. If they can't do it in budget they let you know why and they have options. They know how to deal with old homes and the surprises they bring to any job. And they treat the customer like a partner instead of the opposition or a brainless impediment (or worse). I recommend them.

Josh and Alexandria were really great! They were fast and did a great job explaining what they were doing and why. Very professional!

Like above, they were responsive and fixed it, but they charged well above market.

Barrell Plumbing is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. She slammed the phone while I was trying to explain to her that I never received any confirmation of appointment, so they should not charge me as there was never an agreement of order. I got not only excellent services from another provider, but also email confirmation and introduction of the team that would be working on my order. I received further email follow up from that provider to ensure I was satisfied with their service. It's like day and night compared to what I got from Barrell: rude receptionists (a woman and a man), no confirmation of appointment, $165 bill for dispatch fee and labor charge while they did not perform any services. I don't know how they can live with themselves charging people for nothing.

You guys are Boston's foremost experts with HVAC and refrigeration systems. Thanks again for your help.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Ernie at Metro Boston Plumbing did great work for us. He tore out our old bathtub, tile, and piping, and installed a new, jetted tub and surround, piping and fixtures, as well as some sheetrock surround. It required multiple visits, which he cheerfully did. He fixed other plumbing as well! Ernie is reliable, timely, and kept the area clean and did great work! He really went above and beyond for us. We are very pleased with Ernie's work! Thank you, Ernie, for modernizing our home!

My main floor bathroom was leaking into my basement laundry room. Greg called me back within minutes and dispatched his team to my house within hours. They stayed for hours making sure the cause of the leak was fixed even with an urgent Boston Water incident they kept up communication constantly and made sure everything was resolved. Pricing is VERY reasonable!

Amazing work by E Francis Plumbing & Heating! Not only was the quality of work and professionalism top notch, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. As a new homeowner, I had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed. Mike ensured that the gas pipe connected to my stove was completely secure by attaching a new piece of wood behind my drywall. Then, after hearing about my concern about mice coming through the remaining gap, he offered to fill the space with pest foam sealant. Definitely not part of his job requirements, but like I said above and beyond! Would highly recommend and will have them back for future jobs. Thanks, Mike!

Very pleased with Cardarelli Plumbing's work today. Scott and Jordan arrived on time. Got the job done quickly, despite unexpected problems and cleaned up too. Definitely will call Cardarelli again.
