All 5 star reviews for a reason; Frank is knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. 18 hours after calling (on a Sunday night), I have a new water heater installed, up and running. I also used Gomes to fix my HVAC unit over the summer, and received the same great service then.

I called the owner, Matt, regarding a sump pump issue and he was kind enough to explain the potential cause of the problem over the phone and a DIY solution. Spent a good amount of time with me free of charge and saved me hundreds of dollars. Really knowledgeable.

Newly installed furnace by another plumber was making whirring sound when hot water was turned on. Contacted Junior's Plumbing and the plumber suggested that I needed large gas pipes. He also suggested upgrading the gas meter to 25,000 BTU's. He stated would change the pipes after I upgraded. I had National Grid upgrade the meter and contacted Junior's Plumbing to schedule the pipe installation. I called their number several times and left messages. To date, they have not returned my calls.

They’ve been my go to for a few years now. Unfortunately my heat loves to break on the coldest days of the year, and they always find the time to come out and get it back up and running. They’re great.

Stay away, over charged. $220 for 45 minutes work. Parts will be 4x of retail price. I regret to hire them.

I was given Bill's card through a friend who said she had a great experience using him. I called several Plumbers before calling Bill and they said they would schedule me in a few weeks or some didn't answer or return my call.

The first time I called I left Bill a message and within 20 minutes he returned my phone call, he schedule an appointment for the next day! He showed up on time fixed my garbage disposal, he was very quick, friendly, clean, and most importantly Honest!

The second Time I used bill was to install my dishwasher, I left a message he called me right back and even came the same day to install the unit! I had the same experience as the first time and he also showed me several of the steps he took to install the unit so if I ever needed to pull it out for any reason I would know what I was doing. He was very meticulous during the install and made sure everything fit and ran perfect before leaving.

I highly recommend him, and will be using him for any future plumbing work!

This company did a service to replace a water heater for me. The pipes have gone extremely rusty in no time. They are completely unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times in the past few weeks about them needing to come back and take a relook but no response. I am covered under their service agreement but I have gotten no response from then after an extremely POOR JOB they did.
