Frank did call me today to let me know why he didn't make the appointment. I apologized. I had asked why he didn't have someone else contact me to let me know and he said that there wasn't anyone working with him. I still believe letting customers know that upfront will give the customer an understanding and will allow them to empathize on how stressful his work day would go. I take back my negative comments and applaud him for doing what he can for his customers during these stressful and trying times we are all living in. I am truly sorry for writing that but had I known, I would have been more understanding. Again, I hope you can accept my apology. I hope you feel better.

Steven of True Blue Heating definitely rises to the name of his company.

True Blue was recommended to me through my community blog. He amazed me immediately as he returning my first call to him within about 30 minutes. Listened very carefully to my concerns and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He called to let me know he would be at my home in 10 minutes.

He is extremely knowledgeable about steam boilers and intimately knew my 40 years steam boiler and it curious oddities. With an hour's work by he and his associate he brought me up to speed on the workings and possible issues with my 40 year old boiler.

Together Steven as Coleman his associate renovated and restored my boiler to tip top condition for its age. Instead of my having to purchase a brand new boiler for about $7,000.00 his visit and advise cost me $250 for two men working on revitalizing my 40 years old boiler to best possible condition for the coming window season.

If you need a Gentlemen, Knowledgeable, a Great Communicator and a man of his work for plumbing and heating in the Boston area I can highly recommend Steven of True Blue.

Service was excellent. Technician, Zane, was excellent. Installation of a new hot water heater was expensive and wiring could not reach the new tank so I had to bring in an electrician at a cost of $250 the next day to complete the connection. The technician did take $100 off the price. I did think that the replacement of a wash/ dryer valve ($35 at retail store) in the same room as the hot water heater, with the water already shutoff and the technician transportation cost already covered by the water heater install, at $506 to buy and install, was extreme.

Service was great. Sam arrived within an hour of me calling him. Sam quickly identified the problem with my furnace and fixed it immediately. I definitely recommend!
