Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

They were timely, efficient, and properly masked! My new faucet went in quickly without any trouble. I’ll be calling Hourican next time I need anything fixed or replaced. 100% recommend!

The tech was great but he quoted me $930.00 to replace a part which I already bought but he couldn’t use because I opened the package. And replace a gasket on a vale. I called another plumber and it cost me $160.00 and the work was warranty. I think you need to reassess your app for quoting.

Excellent customer service

Great guys that did a great job at a reasonable price. They were very good about returning calls, providing estimate, and coordinating when work would get done. I had a very time-sensitive job to meet a closing date for a house I sold and they were awesome.

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

WMF team came for air duct cleaning at my home. Their assessment was honest and fair. For folks who want air duct cleaning right and done once so that you can have dust free and fresh air, these guys are the ones to hire.

The technician came very quickly after the original call to the call center. He explained everything in the beginning and what he had to do to unclog my main drain line. There were likely roots growing in the main pipeline and that is what he removed to clear it. He cleaned up afterwards and was very professional and courteous and very pleasant to talk to. Everything was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Kyle #6651.

Great and fast service

They reviewed my radiator heating system and told me what made sense and what would have just caused issues. They didn't try to convince me to buy anything I didn't need. They did replace my external water faucets which were in bad shape. They showed me how to correctly winterize them as well. It went well, professional behavior and all work is perfect.

Our water heater was definitely broken. It was giving off this bad smell, we had rusty colored water and we were definitely not going to take a shower under those circumstances. I called their contact center, spoke to Lisa, and she gladly assisted me. She sent over Randy to check on our heater, and he did the job well. Now we're back to having hot baths and clear water.
