Drain stars were incredible. We had a serious main line sewer issue that only Andy was able to take care of after 2 other service providers showed up and failed. Andy’s technology is second to none and was necessary to unclog the drain. Further, he knew it was an emergency and came out on a Sunday. He was easy to work with, timely, and was happy to walk me through the process.

Would strongly recommend Andy and his team.

Positive: They provide you with a two hour window and arrived early within that window.Negative: Grossly overpriced. The tech that worked on my issue was unprofessional. He mentioned he came from a nightmare job and proceeded to take it out on me. He actually asked me why I installed a 1000 gallon septic tank instead of a 1500 gallon. The house is older than I am. He had no respect for my house tracking mud throughout it. He flooded my laundry room by leaving the drain hose on the ground. He made a terrible situation worse.Bottom line: If you’re in a pinch, they will show up rather quickly. Prepare to pay for it. I’m giving this 2 stars strictly on the availability and arrival time. I will never use this service again.
