Best Drains Lines in Boston MA

i've used this company several times over the years for clogs - the main line to the house, the washer, the tenant's (who dumped grease & bolts down the drain) sink. they have always been reasonably priced and did a great job on the clogs. i was in the process of recommending them to a friend so i decided to write a review.

I have used these guys 3 times now and I could not be happier. The crew is professional, and they explain all of the steps they are taking and leave the job site spotless. I highly recommend them!

We found a leakage on the basement, we call McMahon and they were able to help us the same day, and price was affordable.

Last Monday, my water heater started leaking at 3:30AM. I reached out to Tony(the owner). I sent him the information on my water heater. Tony, and his crew were at my door by 8:30 with a new one. By 10, I was back in business with hot water.

I’ve hired them for different projects,and they’ve always delivered. I’ve also recommended them to several friends, and neighbors. They’ve all been thrilled with their service.

I called Drain stars on a whim after a job from a previous company was done incorrectly(And for nearly triple the price). Drain stars came out and took a look at my main line and they were very nice and courteous, and were happy to show me how my pipes looked before and after the job was done! Very satisfied and they charged me a fair price, plus they did the job correctly! Will definitely be using them again if I ever need to.

I have been working with Narrow Way on a number of jobs around my house, an old! Boston house; jobs have ranged from putting in a laundry sink to plumbing a bathroom . They are very reliable; they come when they say they will, they complete the work they say they will in budget. If they can't do it in budget they let you know why and they have options. They know how to deal with old homes and the surprises they bring to any job. And they treat the customer like a partner instead of the opposition or a brainless impediment (or worse). I recommend them.

If I could give Jason at Rapid Flow a 100 stars, I would. I had a real complicated plumbing situation. I had roots in the main drain, and it was severely complicated by RotoRooter (please never use RotoRooter unless you want to be screwed over and over again. Instead of unclogging my drain, Rotorooter technician got their snake stuck, left it in there for good, left the drain plug and hatch to the pit open, as a result of which I had sewage pour into my basement, thereby creating a very expensive and hassling situation out of a simple one). I called Boston Drain, and their technician could not unclog it. Boston Drain refused to jet the line and suggested a very expensive dig for pipe replacement. In despair, I called RapidFlow. Jason called me back. He was super confident from the get go, and so reasonably priced that I could not say no to his help. He went in and after 3 hours of snaking the drain at night cleared it for me. Boston Drain folks went in the next day, and their master tech told me that Jason had done an unbelievably astounding job on clearing the drain. I was told by unrelated folks that the drain was clear to function without a hitch for 20 years. That apart, I have to say that I have never had an amazingly helpful service person in. I never met Jason in person (I was not at the property, and only talked with him over the phone). He saved me a mountain of heartache, hassle and expense. I cannot help rave about him enough. This guy is out of this world good at his trade. He did not leave me in the lurch like RotoRooter. He worked his magic on a very large root (several inches thick) that had the main drain completely blocked shut. Most everybody would perform a drain surgery to clean it up...but not this guy. He is a wizard.
If you have drain clogs, don't bother going anywhere. Call RapidFlow and ask for Jason. If he cannot fix it, then I do not think anyone else can.

The Roto Rooter technician, Damian #639, was prompt, friendly, and informative. He explained what was being done and was rather persistent to locate the source of the problem and find a solution. This took some time as the plumbing set up in our house is less than easy to access. The professional approach, mixed with a personal touch, yielded a very favorable experience. And, just as important, the problem got fixed. PLUS, they cleaned up at the end of the job. Great work!!

Used Aqua Plumbing to install a combi-boiler. While I have worked with many good plumbers past few years, Homero and team stand above all. In addition to a quick and perfect installation, advised on best system and solutions. Price competitive as well.

We had a gas leak over the holiday and Tony was there within the hour. Great service! Will definitely be using Morisset Plumbing in the future!
