We had been without water in our kitchen for a week when a contractor we had been working with reached out to Pauric on our behalf. Pauric and his team were at our house within a few hours and replaced the drain pipe and fixed the faucet quickly and professionally. We were very impressed and in the future Pauric and his team will be our first call for any plumbing needs!

They are very good with scheduling appointments & the worker's get to your home, analyzes & figures out your systems problem easily. They're good.

I hired Tom through a separate service, Jiffy. I asked him to unclog 4 sink drains, fix a leaky sink handle, fix a leaky faucet, and fix a slow-filling toilet. He did not come himself but sent an apprentice with another, even more junior helper. Mark and Jack were very nice and did decent quality work, but they were very slow.

2 hours in to the job, Jack had unclogged 1 sink and together they had replaced the faulty toilet flow valve. An hour later they had replaced a cartridge in my sink handle. I sent them away after that despite not finishing all the work because I was afraid of being overcharged.

I thought I was being over cautious because I asked Mark to call Tom directly and make sure I wasn’t being charged by time, but instead by the job. Mark said, “oh yeah, cuz I know what this looks like. It seems like we are dragging this out to charge more. Don’t worry. This isn’t by time. I’ll call Tom and make sure and I’ll talk him out of it if he was planning on that. Mark told me it was all set.

Then the next day I get a bill for $315 (2.5 hrs labor) for what I could have done myself in half that time. I’m not a plumber but have done both of these jobs before by watching YouTube videos. (I was just trying to multi-task and be lazy by hiring someone.)

Tom has been great at responding to my communications but does not see any problem in the above. He even said an appropriate charge (if hired outside of the Jiffy app) would have been $600-700. If true, that is egregious.

I would never hire him again.

Sold me a furnace claiming that it was used only 1 year. When it failed on me, I had to order a part, and when copying the serial #, I saw that the furnace was 6 year old. I am 74 years old, and feel that I have been cheated.

One word. RELIABLE!

Simon is an honest and great plumber. I dropped my contact lenses into the side hole of my bathroom room. And I want to find it out. It's like an impossible mission but I still want to give it a shot. Simon learned my situation, told me what he might do and honestly told me he could not guarantee it would succeed. Though it was very late, he still came to my place and helped to solved the problem. He tried every means he could think of. Even when I had given up, he was still trying, very professional! Another important thing is he charges very reasonably and performs greater than he asks for. Five starts! Definitely give Simon a call if you need a plumber!!!

Yakov and Shane replaced my hot water heater. They both were friendly, polite and patiently answered my questions and concerns. A+!

My tenant hot water was leaking on a Sunday, they stopped by, returned Monday and replaced with new hot water tank. I was impressed with the fast service and fair price. I would definitely use them in the future and strongly recommend them.
