Great fast friendly service

I had CTW Plumbing and Heating for several plumbing jobs. He did not supervise his plumbers, delayed fixing unfinishied job and sent some bills almost 9 months later for a return visit and other paid job. CTW owner Caleb did not supervised one major job that cost close to $3,000 of repairing heat pipe. His plumber left metal end caps bend and stuck out in several places. Only after I asked him repeatedlyl to send plumber to come back to fix the end caps, he sent one but still many places have loose end caps that stuck out its sharp metal edges for my rental apartment. Caleb 8 or 9 months later charged for the visit. He also sent me overdue notice for the work that was paid on the day of job again 9 month later. I provided paid receipt from 9 month ago.
He did not listen but stubborn, argumentative, and arrogant instead of straightening things out and He could not provide free services. When did he provided free service? I still have end caps that are loose and open.

Very professional, personable, and I would hire them again I would recommend them as a 5 star comp.

All I can say is wow, $212 to install a thermostat , which I bought. They seem use the oldest trick in the book, , charge a low up front price and then gouge you in the end. $99 was more than reasonable to come out but $212 for about a 15 minute job. Look if you want to use them, expect this. this did come out fairly promptly , about 4 hrs after call, but I DEFINITELY would not call them again, I rather pay a bit more up front with TBros or others but not get gouged later. In the end people will use them because to get plumbers to come out is difficult and they know that.

I needed an emergency plumber and Frank made an effort to come out last notice on the weekend. Supply house was closed for the parts he needed. Made plans to come back Monday. Frank showed up and finished the job. Honest and straight forward. I would use Frank again and refer him to friends and family.

Very responsive customer service and great on-site service. The technician that came out to our apartment efficiently installed a new faucet and fixed a serious leak for us. If we have any plumbing issues in the future, Drain Flow will be the first place I call.

Prompt, transparent, and reasonably priced! I have used other plumbing and heating businesses in the area but Narrow Way is the best when it comes to reasonable pricing and good craftsmanship! I had an issue with a newly delivered dryer and needed the vent to be reconfigured in a tight closet space. They were upfront on how they would charge when I called and showed up in the time window. Highly recommend!

I used TJ Sillari for the first time. I am very content about the services I received from them. They are responsive and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up on time and pointed to the root cause of the the issue I had with my steam boiler and fixed it. They have my business and I recommend them without reservation!

We called after normal business hours and the person on the phone was very kind and setup an appointment for the next morning. A couple hours later I received a call that a plumber could come out that night.Ron showed up at our house and went over the plan with me to address our drain backup. After a few minutes into the job, Ron wanted to switch approaches and check the sewer on our street. His experience led him to this intuition which was correct — our street’s sewer main was backed up causing our issue.Ron then advised me to call the city and ask them to come out. After a few phone calls, I was able to get the city public works folks out with a truck to fix the problem. Ron was very professional with the city workers giving them all the info they needed and helping them get the job done. At this point it was midnight, and Ron stayed after the city was done working in the street to finish the job in my house.Ron checked everything inside my house, and finished the job, allowing me and my family to sleep easy that night knowing that our problem was resolved. Ron was calm, professional, had the right knowledge to solve the problem, and went the extra mile. We are happy he’s the one who was sent out to our house!
