I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.

It’s pricey, no doubt about it, for an emergency next day drain pipe replacement it was over $700 with the service visit fee. However, McMahon called me right away back, scheduled an appointment and arrived within 45 minutes. Elvis gave me two options and did the work in under 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and clearly a master plumber. I wish they also did patching of any drywall they had to remove as I now have to find someone else to do that. Overall, it was an excellent customer service experience and I would highly recommend them for future problems. If price is a concern, I would get a few quotes if it’s not an emergency.

Our boiler died and since it's quite old, not to mention exorbitant service fees by some companies, we decided to replace it. I called Frank Berardino, he called back right away and in an hour came by our house to give us estimate for replacement. He looked at our old boiler, asked what's wrong with it and before I knew what's happening he checked it and in no time found and fixed the problem - not to mention he saved us thousands of dollars for unnecessary replacement. Frank is the only man I'll call for heating and plumbing services.

Last summer The condo upstairs from me in this beautiful old 2 family home had their main old drain pipe in the kitchen let go, ran down into my dining room and then the cellar. Tony found it had also left mold. Tony and his team worked all day and then some during a heat wave to replace all the pipes, help us get someone in to deal with the mold. They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing. Today, I had no hot water, Tony was here as soon as possible and replaced a gas valve. I would never use any other plumber. Tony is the best.

Narrow Way has been helping us for almost 17 years and they are great to work with. Professional and courteous, Matt and his team have answered our prayers on more than one occasion. They have fixed leaks in sinks and ice makers, replaced parts in toilets, installed custom basins and faucets with difficult metric fittings, swapped out water heaters and installed our current tank-less unit. They are trustworthy, accountable and their work is warranted and reasonably priced. These guys take care of our problems on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment late last night online. Charles came this morning. I put something in my disposal that was not good - lol. He was fantastic. Fixed the clog/pipes and gave me quite a few lessons on how to make sure I don’t repeat this mistake. Highly recommend.
