A member of the Rapid Flow team came to my home as scheduled. He was professional and did a great job clearing my clogged drain. The price was also reasonable and I would call them again if the need arises.

A radiator burst at my new property, leaving us with reduced heating during an extremely cold week in February. Ian from Cadotte Plumbing and Heating was quick to get back to me. He found a replacement radiator of the right dimensions and installed it the next day for a very reasonable price. I'm looking forward to working with him again for future repairs and upgrades.

They reviewed my radiator heating system and told me what made sense and what would have just caused issues. They didn't try to convince me to buy anything I didn't need. They did replace my external water faucets which were in bad shape. They showed me how to correctly winterize them as well. It went well, professional behavior and all work is perfect.
