Shouldn't look forward to having to call the plumber but the whole team is so pleasant and professional we do. Had them come out to Arlington twice in the past 2 months to do separate steam heat repairs on our newly purchased home and they were extremely responsive, helpful, reasonable and efficient. Couldn't give a higher review.

My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. My water heater gave out at midnight last night. I was at a loss of who to contact for help. Rich Mathews was the first site to come up in my google search and I am so glad it did. He had great reviews and was local. I called right away and his wife was so nice and very helpful, Rich called back in 5 minutes, we had a Face Time chat so he could see the area. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and within 30 minutes he and his wife were in my driveway with a new water heater. What a great guy and great company and great couple. His work is impeccable, they cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a couple of recommendations for some good restaurants. All in all a lovely couple and ultimate professionals that take pride in their work. I will recommend Rich Mathews and Sons to all of my family and friends. Joe installed a new boiler system for us and we were really happy with his work, we've already scheduled him for another job.

We were working with the Mass Save program and Joe knew how to do all the paperwork and guide us through the process. He is really fast on text, and was able to schedule us for work right away even though it was right before Christmas. He finished the job a day early, and called later to make sure we were happy with it, and has been very quick to answer follow-up questions, even two months after he put it in.

We're first-time homeowners, so it's a big relief to now have a reliable plumber who we can quickly get in touch with when something goes wrong. I'd definitely recommend him!

After trying a few other companies for a repair issue, we were referred to Boston Standard by a neighbor and the service experience with Brian Mason was exceptional; his professionalism, diagnostic expertise, recommendation and response time.Our repair required a few visits which was managed in a timely and efficient manner.The company provides a multitude of photos, diagnostic reports and pricing options after each visit so the entire process is transparent and clearly explained to the customer. And they were always pleasant and nice to us.I highly recommend requesting Brian Mason for any diagnostic issues as we will do going forward. We’ll also be signing our annual service contract with them.As my neighbor observed, they’re on their game.

Despite the COVID-19 disruption, it was a pleasure to do business with High Quality Plumbing. I had a poorly installed Navien combi water heater that came with the apartment that kept producing errors. Simon diagnosed the problem, discovered which parts could be replaced under warranty, and performed the repair with courtesy, transparency, and efficiency. He also helped me evaluate whether the repair was a better option than replacement. I found High Quality Plumbing on the Navien website as a certified installer, and will absolutely be calling them for future maintenance.

Our water heater had been having trouble for months. We had a different plumber come in, but with no luck , actually made the problem worse.

After all this, we found Irfan referred with my friends who use him before for different plumbing needs, He was able to tell us what the problem was (something nobody else had been able to do yet). Within hours, we had our water heaters replaced, something that can often take a few days. He gave us excellent informed advice about what options were going to save us the most money down the line, He was completely professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Arrived on time and called 10 minutes to give me a heads up.

My water heater gave way and flooded my basement. I called Catano plumbing and they sent someone right out and pumped out my basement and replaced my water heater. They even left a couple of blowers to to dry the floor. I highly recommend them to who ever needs a qualified plumber.

Came right out which was great. When I first called I was told one price. Then when I gave the plumber my card info I was told it would be the same price. When I saw the charge on my card it was almost $100 more. Lame. I called them and left messages and no one called back. Also took them a week to remove the water heater when I was told they would pick it up in 2 days. Would not recommend.
