Best Water Heater Repair in Boston MA

I left a message for Tony on a Saturday night around 9pm about a leaky toilet that I had tried to fix myself to no avail & he got back to by 7am on a Sunday morning and by 9:30am it was fixed. Since 2014, we have had him do some other plumbing jobs around the house in the past as well. All were very reasonably priced & they very pleasant to work with.

I have used Rich for over 10 years for various plumbing needs, including water heater installations. Rich is a real professional who not only loves what he does, does it well, but also really cares about his customers. Last night, my water heater kicked the bucket. I called Boston Water Heaters at around 9 pm to leave a message and Rich answered. Yes, he answered at 9 pm. Rich fit me in and came out today to install a new water heater for me. He came when he said and charged me what I knew to be a fair price. I will not use anyone else for this service. The care he has shown to me when I've been in a pinch has earned him my loyalty as a customer. Thanks Rich!

If I’m ever asked, “do you know a good plumber?” My answer will be...I have a great one! I called Nick, last night and asked if he could quote me for replacing a garbage disposal and a time of when he could come install it. Instead of him providing me with that info, he asked me what was wrong with it. After I explained the problem, he then asked me if I had tools and some time for him to explain what I needed to do. I said yes, and he explain exactly what I needed to do to remedy the problem. I followed his instructions and problem fixed!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Scott and Andrew diagnosed the situation, showed me the alternatives, and then went about their tasks very professionally. They not only had to contend with the situation inside my home, but because my street was torn up due to all the water/sewer construction going on in my neighborhood, they couldn't come into my driveway and had to walk back and forth to their truck. Pauric found time to come over on this frigid day and tackled the repair on the spot so we wouldn't be without heat. He was extremely professional and followed Covid protocols carefully. He was efficient with our time and left the area cleaner than it was when he started. When I asked him about doing some other potential work in our bathroom, he suggested that it wasn't worth the cost - what an honest guy! We used True Blue Plumbing and Heating for a new central air conditioning unit over the summer. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process and did excellent work.
