Best Plumbing in Boston MA

I have a bathroom in the basement that uses a pump, sadly it was clogged due to misuse. I knew nothing about plumbing, it was 9pm and water was everywhere. I called Robert and he came in less than 15 min. He saved the night and I learned a thing or 2 about plumbing lol.
I called him again the following day to finish the job and he came right away and got me a new pump and fixed other issues around the house.

We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

Called several plumbers for quote on a simple (proactive) hot water heater replacement. Tony was fast and professional identifying what heater I needed, dealing with the warranty, and updating me on the timeline of the project every step of the way. He was also (rightfully) very confident in his pricing and he beat all the other quotes I got by 30% or more.

He was fast, professional, and took care of an additional repair I needed in the time another plumber might take just to do the heater replacement. I can't recommend Drain Flow enough -- better price and better service. Truly great.

Rich is the most responsive plumber I have met. A solid professional whose depth of experience and knowledge can handle any all your plumbing work. Our job look like a straight forward electric water heater, but no, there were problems in evacuating old tank. Rich had all the tools to circumvent the issue. Disrespectful, Rude, and Unprofessional! I wish I could give this man 0 stars if that option was available. I called to find out how much it would cost to get a simple gas range installation and he was completely RUDE and actually hung up on me. I asked him if I could set up an appointment for him to come out and install my new stove. He gave me a price and I asked another question about the pricing and that's when his tone began getting aggressive and then rude.

When I called back after he hung up (I actually was in shock) I explained that was unnecessary and unprofessional he said Yeah your right - so Don't Hire Me I Don't Care and then hung up again...WOW! So I'm letting the entire GOOGLE community know don't hire him! Save yourself some money, a headache, and don't support business that don't have respect for customers.

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

This company did a service to replace a water heater for me. The pipes have gone extremely rusty in no time. They are completely unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times in the past few weeks about them needing to come back and take a relook but no response. I am covered under their service agreement but I have gotten no response from then after an extremely POOR JOB they did.
