I called Hourican after finding water leaking out of my water heater. He was here in 20 minutes, found the problem and gave us a few options. We ended up replacing the water heater and the whole process took only an hour. His crew were good about masks and cleaning up. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

We used True Blue Plumbing and Heating for a new central air conditioning unit over the summer. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process and did excellent work.

Michael M was both friendly and informative during his work in our house. He spelled out the pricing options that were available to us in a clear and concise manner, and when we decided, returned a few days later and efficiently executed the plan. In this pandemic era, we were especially appreciative of his caution in conducting his work while wearing a mask, since neither of had been vaccinated at that time.All told, I would definitely call on Winters again. When I called to inquire about servicing of my HVAC system, the office manager was clear and thorough in explaining the options for services Chilli Willie's offered. I was then sent a follow up message that detailed everything that had been explained over the phone. My questions were answered thoughtfully, and I felt confident in understanding what services would be included in my appointment. The technicians were friendly, efficient, and explained their process. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to continuing the relationship.

First time was on a Saturday, second time New Year eve.I called them and desperately ask for help, they did not lose a minute to come and help us.The time they spent to fix and did professional job was amazing!!!!!! Kevin stopped by to help us with a few gas lines, and he made sure everything was set for our dryer, our grill, and even an outdoor heater powered by a natural gas line. He was really helpful and improved more in our house than we even expected. I’ll give him a call next time I need plumbing help.

Harry from Sila was wonderful when he came over for to service my HVAC. He was super experienced and very knowledgeable. You could tell her really enjoyed his job too. Great experience.

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

I had Velocity Plumbing come service my Baxi boiler. They were very responsive and it was easy to schedule an appointment with them. The service was thorough and done in a timely manner. They seemed knowledgeable as well. Would highly recommend!

After pricing around for a water heater replacement, I decided to go with Barrell because the price they quoted was pretty much the same as what other companies were charging and they were already familiar with our building. But when I subsequently spoke with the 'dispatcher' to schedule the install, she said the price would actually be $500 higher than the original quote. Obviously I did not go through with this company doing the work. Not sure why they would quote me one price (which I confirmed on a 2nd call) just to have them raise the price by $500 when I go to schedule.

We needed help with our HVAC system during a heatwave. They were very quick to respond and very helpful and they came out. Would recommend to anyone.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I used TJ Sillari for the first time. I am very content about the services I received from them. They are responsive and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up on time and pointed to the root cause of the the issue I had with my steam boiler and fixed it. They have my business and I recommend them without reservation!

Two other plumbers had no idea what was causing my heating system to fail. After wasting money on service calls, GPH had it figured out within an hour of inspection and fixed within a day. These guys are experienced and reasonably priced. My go-to from this point forward.
