Geo Plumbing is easily one of the best companies I've used! Geovanni himself is a professional and amazing plumber to work with. Gives you estimates up front, details the job perfectly and his prices are competitive. I've used him multiple times now for different issues around the house and Geo has always been able to solve to the issue. 5 stars highly recommend to anyone in the DMV who needs plumbing services.

Contracted Mr. Super Plumber (Maurice Walton), on Thursday, December 10 to do a very simple install and exchanging out of pipes and rough-in in the basement before concrete was poured. I hesitantly gave him a 40% upfront and he also asked for another 10% when the job began. Regrettably, I did this and this is where the nightmare began. I know the job was simple because we hired a plumber afterwards who did the job in a half of day with a complete crew. Hindsight is always 20/20!

He showed up the following Tuesday with one worker that did not speak english (called him his helper) and was completely unprepared to do what we had contracted him to do. He spent most of that first day talking and making excuses about why he could only work 4 hours the first day instead of 8. He said that he was tired from having to respond to an emergency at a woman's house the day before. He asked me if it was ok for him to leave early after the first day because he was tired and that he was ahead of schedule. The work that he did on the 1st day could have been done in one hour with a skilled crew.

Day 2 and 3 were much of the same, he showed up late, left early, left the jobsite on multiple occasions for product runs, and had tons of excuses why a one day job had turned into 5. Maurice also communicated to me that my presence on the job site (the house that I own) made him nervous and asked me to trust him and that good work takes time. This was just another ploy and pressure tactic for him to avoid doing what he said that he would do. Aside from all of these other issues, Mr. Super Plumber was just unprofessional. There was zero urgency to do what he communicated at the time that he said we was going to do it. These were signs that I missed.

The entire time that he was on site he kept reminding me of how much money I was saving by using him and how he wasn't charing me more for things that he began to see that he did not anticipate. I regret that I did not follow my first instinct when I met him and went elsewhere.

To date he has received $3700 dollars from me and on the following Monday when he promised he was going to get the job done has disappeared and is not answering my phone calls or that of our general contractor. He told me that $2700 were for materials and all he bought was $100 worth of PVC pipe at best which are still left on site. I intend to file a police report as well because of this money that was stolen from me. To date he has not returned the deposit that we gave him and stated on the phone in our last conversation that he does not intend to.

I would run swiftly in the other direction if you are considering using this company or guy. I can not say this strongly enough!

The guys from Durance (Kirk, Adam, Matt) are honest, knowledgeable, and dependable and do great work. We have an old house and have trusted them with several different jobs (backups, leaks, furnace replacement) -- including in the middle of the pandemic. Each time it was a good experience despite the difficulty of dealing with plumbing issues. They're more interested in building relationships than making a quick buck.

Charles or Fred or Frederick whatever he wants to be called that day...Oh and his team came into my apt and messed my stuff up. He and his team are not professional at all!!! They did not clean up after themselves, broke my George Foreman grill (did not replace or apologize), and did not properly install my tub/shower. I do not recommend him to anybody at all. I would not hire him to build and/or even fix a doll house!!
Hire at your OWN risk!!!! Oh and if you do be prepared to clean up after them!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL

This business has been a life saver for me and relatives to whom I have referred A H Jordan. They are reasonable, always professional and competent. Never have I had to re-hire another to complete or finish a job where I have called Jordan.

I can not say enough about these guys. They have excellent prices and are very knowledgeable. We had a water main break in our front yard and we had other estimates from bigger companies that were charging much more plus the other companies seemed less invested. They also explain everything so you understand what is going on and what is the best way to go about fixing the issue. I will be recommending them to everyone i know, and if i have any future issues they will be the first ones i call.

I had Roto-Rooter come out and repair my water heater. Best decision ever. The service tech (Kareem) was knowledgeable, helpful and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. Customer service was top notch. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing related issues!!

Now I am in Russia, on a business trip. However, I want to leave a positive review about this company. You know, they are the best plumbing company in DC. I always use DC PLUMBING services and recommend you. They are experienced and polite people.

Belle View has mostly positive reviews, so I know this review will probably be questioned. However, I had such a bad experience that I thought it was worth documenting. My home warranty company sent Belle View Plumbing to my house about two weeks ago. They were tasked with replacing my hot water heater. Belle View installed a new one, and told us to wait an hour, then test to see if hot water was flowing. A few hours later, we tested--no hot water. The plumber from Belle View did return the following day to inspect the hot water heater, but he assured us it was an electrical issue and that we needed an electrician to come out. An electrician inspected and verified that it was not an electrical issue, but rather an issue with the hot water heater.

Belle View refused to return to our house to fix the problem with the hot water heater. We ended up getting a different plumber. Turns out all that needed to be done is a replacement of one of the thermostats inside the appliance. Belle View would have known this if they had removed the front panel of the hot water heater. But no. Because our Belle View Plumber didn't know what he was doing, we went without hot water for showers, dishes, laundry, etc...for 15 days.

Jude at Plumbline Plumbers is a rare entity! He is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly believes in ensuring that the customer is satisfied with a job well done. Plumbing services were handled in an expert fashion with respect for my home and a complete focus on getting it done right. Beware of the contractors that Washington, D.C. hires to handle emergency sewer problems, they are completely unprofessional and operate with a total disregard for the homeowners needs. Jude was instrumental in making sure that the DC water contractors did not leave before ensuring that the sewer was open and flowing. I highly recommend Jude and Plumbline Plumbers for all your plumbing needs.

HORRIBLE customer service. I called because my HVAC company referred me to them and they were SO RUDE! The guy who answered said I can't help you with that and I responded Oh, you all don't do plumbing?, to which he responded No, I'm busy. I can't help you. I proceeded to hang up because of his attitude. I didn't even need same-day service, I was just looking to make an appointment and they didn't even want to help. SO RUDE!
