I've used Geo a couple times now. First off, his prices are extremely fair, which is a huge plus and probably why you are reading this. But on top of that, he is also very professional, responsive - easy to get ahold of and talk to, and very thorough. This last time I called him out was pretty routine, but the first time he came, he worked for a couple hours to not only fix a problem, but also went overboard to make sure our chronic issue would be contained. Can't recommend him enough.

I found me super plumber on line called and made a appt to get a price for my air conditioning system to be replaced. I already had 2 quotes from other contractors I decided to hire Mr super plumber. (1) They gave me a better price. (2) they were on time and extremely classy presentation clean cut and professional. (3) The estimator was very patient with explaining the process and details of the install I could feel the pride with this company caring about there customers and quality of work. The other contractors didn't make me feel like they truly cared about me as a customer, the way mr super plumber did. I would strongly encourage any and all of my friends and family to use this company the install turned out wonderful.

This plumber in town is the best at getting drains clean. I just called them to clean a drain in my house, and they went above and beyond what I expected.

I called DC Plumber based on a suggestion from my cousin and was he right! They showed up early which is unheard of with most companies and where able to fix the clogged pipe under the kitchen sink. They also gave me some pointers on what not to put down the garbage disposal to avoid similar issues in the future. Super friendly and personable.... and a great price to boot! I noticed a leak in my faucet that had caused some slight damage to the ceiling below. Roto-Rooter came out right away fixed the leak in my sink by replacing a part and then cut away some of the drywall to ensure there wasn’t a greater issue. My tech Joshua was great! This is my 3rd time using Roto-Rooter and great experiences each time!

Quick response and service at a fair price

I rate Plumbline very high after many experiences with their staff, mostly responding to emergency leakage and related problems in the English basement unit of our townhouse on Capitol Hill. The have responded very quickly and diagnosed the problems equally as quickly. I also believe their charges have been fair.

Otto Seidel has been my plumber on Capitol Hill since 1982. Yeah, he has no customer service for jobs he doesn’t do... he’s likely pushing 80 and he is the guy doing the work.
