He tried to persuade me to avoid my insurance company, pointed his finger in my face several times, called me stupid, tried to instigate an argument between me and my neighbor, insulted my girlfriend, refused to provide a formal estimate before beginning work, sought for me to admit all liabilities prior to work (and diagnosis), and was told by my management to leave the building due to his inappropriate behavior. His assistant gave me a ballpark estimate for the work, which was 3.5 times the amount my insurance company would authorize. I went to Jiffy plumbing, who did it for 1/4 the price, and they were nice.

Adam is fabulous! First of all, you would not expect these qualities in a plumber: Soft spoken, kind, generous hearted. I refer to him as the Zen Plumber. I texted him on a Friday night to tell him that the sink he worked on a few years before had started leaking. He came out Saturday morning. We discovered that the part that was installed wrong was the finishing touches my handyman had done when installing a new sink. Even though it wasn’t his work, he fixed it for free!
