DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL!

I paid Maurice (aka Mr. Super Plumber) to do a plumbing job for me that took him all day to do. He promised to come back the following weekend because he needed an extra part to secure the pipe to the sink. The following weekend came, he gave me an excuse how he couldn't travel from DC to Baltimore because his mom surprised him and came in town. I was understanding and rescheduled with him the next Saturday. I called him today to confirm tomorrow's appointment and he gave me an excuse how he has no transportation to Baltimore (personal problem, not mine) to finish the job. Meanwhile, he was paid to do a service that he didn't complete. Now, I have to hire another plumber to finish the work. On top of that, (Maurice aka Mr. Super Plumber) spilled purple PVC primer all over my kitchen floor and now I have to pay someone to redo my floors because everyone knows that the plumbing primer stains on contact. He is a scammer and slick talker who doesn't honor commitments Please don't waste your money, energy, or time. Above all, he is full of excuses, is not prompt with returning calls, and will give you the run around. I added the pictures on Yelp to show proof since I was unable to post it to this thread

I had to hire a plumber immediately because a pipe had burst in my home. I'm relieved that I was able to get assistance immediately because they replaced my pipe for a fair fee.

Mike came to my condo within three hours of my initial call...on a holiday in the snow! Mike has forgotten more than I will ever know about plumbing. He's lightning fast with identifying the issue and fixing the problem. He fixed my shower in 15 minutes. I'd been working on it for weeks. Should have called earlier. I'm pretty sure MacGyver couldn't do as much with a wrench and a fancy screwdriver! I will use him for all my future plumbing needs and recommend DC Plumber/4FastPlumber to all my friends.

I had a leak from a pipe running through my ceiling. Ken was able to field the call at an early hour, arrived at my house early in the day, and was finished by early afternoon. He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days. I will absolutely turn to Ken for future plumbing needs

He was very patient with my many questions and he also had a sense of humor. I usually don’t trust “professional plumbers”. YouTube has been my go to for years. Brahim is a truly master at his craft obviously having a true passion for his work and pride in his work product/ customer experience. I have referred him to several neighbors within my condo (pretty discriminating bunch!) and he's received rave reviews all around. He accurately diagnoses the issue the first time around and is more than fair in his pricing, always striving to do the job at hand for the lowest cost possible without unnecessary add-ons / jacking up the price, something so refreshing in itself this day and age. He's a pleasure to work with and always seems to go the extra mile whatever the issue. Based on positive experiences not only mine but by my mom recently, I'm actually looking forward to a Toto bidet installation shortly and have appreciated his (unbiased) recommendations re brand/model (consumer bang for the buck) as well as dealers whether online or brick and mortar in terms of the pricing, rebates and overall policies re returns/exchanges/warranty programs.

Aside from the above, he's friendly, punctual, reliable and FULLY COVID-19 compliant. Highly recommend!!

Got the job done for a reasonable price

HORRIBLE customer service. I called because my HVAC company referred me to them and they were SO RUDE! The guy who answered said I can't help you with that and I responded Oh, you all don't do plumbing?, to which he responded No, I'm busy. I can't help you. I proceeded to hang up because of his attitude. I didn't even need same-day service, I was just looking to make an appointment and they didn't even want to help. SO RUDE!
