I couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly the Roto-Rooter team were able to arrive at our house yesterday. This was after calling 3 different local plumbers. With in minutes they were able identify the plumbing issues. Even better after the plumbing work was completed a few hours later, their restoration team was out at our house to help clean up the mess in our basement. Mike was very professional and efficient, did a great job on a kitchen sink drain repair.

We had a drain clog in our kitchen sink and both basins had water backing up, not a pretty scene especially while guests were here for a visit. We have tried plunger and everything but none worked. I called James in a Saturday afternoon and he showed up early Sunday morning as promised. He fixed the drain in about 30-40 minutes and gave us recommendations for future means to avoid this kind of clog. Very reliable and professional. I would ask James to help again although I really hope this is not needed. :)

My wife and I have used Tim Whistler Plumbing for a few different jobs since we moved into our 1940s era house, which has presented a few plumbing challenges. Every time, they have been great to work with, being responsive in scheduling appointments and being on-time and communicative (including offering to come earlier if they are able to).

We've had pipes replaced, installed a new shut-off, and replaced a sink and a faucet. They have been up-front about the costs, time, and possible issues with any repairs, so I've always felt like we were being given plenty of information to make any decisions. Mike and Matt have performed each of the jobs we've had, and they've both been very professional and we're very satisfied with the work.

My water heater was old and showing signs of water leak. I called Aquaflow and was surprised that they had a heater ready to install even during shortages. The water heater was installed the next day and was inspected the following week by county code inspector. I did not expect that.
