Best Toilet Repair Services in Washington DC

We had a toilet and water issue at the clinic and I couldn't find anyone to help for most part of our morning, we called these gentleman and they got us in pretty quick, super friendly and they work fast but efficient. We will be using their services again and we recommend their services.

I called Jenkins plumbing in the afternoon to request assistance with clearing a clogged tub and sink drain. I expected to hear that he would not have any available until the next day, which would have been ok. But, he was able to schedule someone to come out that evening. His service was quick and thorough. I will definitely use Jenkins plumbing again.

I had a gas leak on my house line detected on Sunday afternoon and the gas control (matrix system) needed to be replaced. Gas was shut down, so no heat, no water.
I called Affordable Plumbing & Gas LLC late on Sunday. Montiel called me back quickly understood the issue and scheduled a technician for Monday morning between 8-10 am.
At 8:10 I got a message that the technician was on his way. He did a great job, checked everything, especially that there was no more gas leak. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions/concerns.
The price was exactly what I was told.
Very satisfied.

Talented, skilled, and honest plumber! Contacted this business, the business owner came out the next day and not only fixed our pressure valve but insisted that it did not need to be replaced as other plumbers had requested. Incredibly polite and professional, and willing to install a showerhead that I had not requested initially. The showerhead installation ended up being much more complicated than initially determined and they did not request or charge any more than the estimate, in fact they refused it when we insisted that the charge was too low. My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

We have used Durance Plumbing several times for general plumbing issues and water heater replacement. Their professionalism and workmanship are unparalleled. Adam and Matt are very trustworthy and courteous. It is comforting to know that we can count on them any time. We also had them help a senior relative with a major plumbing issue. Kestons came and did a hot water heater replacement. Did an amazing job. Excellent price. Explained everything as well, what he was doing and how the system worked. Super helpful Will be using them again for sure.

Sean was knowledgeable and professional. I am finishing my basement and I needed a professional to run plumbing to our future bathroom appliances. He noticed something a previous plumber missed. My bathroom was below the level of the street drain and the home builders had roughed in space for a pump. Without that, nothing in the bathroom would work! He also showed me how my sprinkler valve had a clear sign on it to replace it every 5 years (it had been 10!) and he taught me how to clean my A/C p-trap. Of course I hired him. The work was done in a day and they left the place cleaner than it started.

I highly recommend Seidel Plumbing; I have had great experiences with the company and specifically the owner Otto Seidel. Reading the prior reviews I get it..Otto is an old school DC Plumber, he can come across as gruff. But, if you can handle that, call Otto. You would be hard pressed to find a better and more knowledgeable plumber in the DC area. I have a VERY complicated sewer issue, lines tied with neighbors, overgrown tree roots growing into sewer lines that have been around for over a century, DC Water aware of the longstanding problem but unwilling to fix it. It has all of the intrigue of a day time soap opera - betrayal, hope, despair... honestly, a hot mess. The only person who was able to come in, explain the issue, and put forth a workable solution was Seidel Plumbing. Otto Seidel was on a short list of plumbers recommended off the record by a foreman at DC water who has been around for over 20 years. Calling Otto was the best decision I have made in this saga. He gave me a short term solution (install and external clean out) to stop the sewage from coming up in my basement (yes, it's as disgusting as it sounds) and charged $2500, $8K less than the nearest competitor. He offered a long term solution to repair damaged parts of the sewer for $10K, which is $45K cheaper than the nearest competitor. Best of all, he showed up the day I called and he finished the job in one day. So, to reiterate, if you are looking for and are interested in paying the premium for a lovely customer service oriented experience with friendly admin and schedulers, call Magnolia - but expect to pay 3-4X the cost of the repair for that overhead. If you want an experienced DC/MD plumber who has seen it all and can do it all who will give you a fair price and an honest days work with no frills - Call Seidel Plumbing!
