Dal, the technician arrived within 1 hour as promised even though he had to come to District Heights from Jessup. He offered the least expensive option, which was snaking, and it worked. The whole process was less than 1/2 hour. I was hesitant to use Roto-Rooter because I thought they would be too expensive but nobody else could promise a quick appointment. They were fast and matched another estimate with no problem. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Limbert and his team helped me twice with my toilet and plumbing. They were excellent to work with - communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, responsive. They knew all the right things and were able to complete the jobs with no issue and in really good time. They were fair in pricing and helpful in recommending affordable options. These folks do great work. When the pilot light on our year-old hot water heater wouldn't stay lit, they correctly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs (as oppossed to the first folks we called who tried to sell us a new water heater), including making sure that all the parts were covered under warranty, correctly diagnosed an additional problem with the heater venting and recommended a great service to fix it. They are our plumber from now on.
