Called Roto-Rooter day before Thanksgiving at 3:30 pm for a drain problem stinking up the house. Van (tech. 3628) came in less than an hour and fixed the basement drainage motor that had gotten tangled up in less than an hour. He was fast, courteous, and knew what he was doing. Very impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. All Plumbing is our go to plumber. Although they are based in Arlington and we are in DC they are always quick to arrive. Their plumbers are top notch and don't waste time. They have very reasonable rates. Most of all, and this is important, Kewin, the manager, runs this business with the highest integrity and focus on customer satisfaction. In short, I would recommend this company for your gas-fitting and plumbing needs, on account of several factors. If you are planning for a project and time is not of urgency (as opposed to emergency on-call repair work), Tim Whistler's estimates/quotes are good for ninety days, compared to other companies whose are for thirty, or even fifteen days. This allowed me greater flexibility time-wise and budget-wise, and their initial estimate was provided to me in under 48 hours (other companies took a week, or longer to get back to me). Another deciding factor for me was the willingness of them to negotiate the fee lower for the initial consultation visit that I thought to be unreasonably high when other companies charged zero. Being able to bargain with them as well as the quick turnaround of the initial estimate spoke to me of their professionalism and seriousness in their daily work and for considering my proposed scope of work. The crew that came on the day of to complete the work were professional, knowledgeable, answered all technical questions, and thoroughly cleaned up after all work was completed.

I got my HVAC system repaired by them and they were very thoughtful and open with questions. I can't say the same with other companies who tried to overcharge.
