My water heater was leaking from the bottom. I was very pleased with Zo (technician #1547). It's commendable that he responded to the service call on the same day, even though behind schedule. Instead of arriving between 2-6pm, he arrived at 10:30 pm and spent the next 1 1/2 hours addressing the issue with my hot water heater. He came back the next with a new water heater and finished the job of removing the old one and installing a new one. The technician was polite, professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and did a good job of cleaning up. I'm a Roto-Rooter repeat customer and can always count on them to provide excellent service.

I called Tim Whistler Plumbing in mid-February to get an estimate for changing the main water service line and repiping of a 76-year old house with galvanized pipes that were buying.
