Best Replacement Faucets in Washington DC

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL!

I paid Maurice (aka Mr. Super Plumber) to do a plumbing job for me that took him all day to do. He promised to come back the following weekend because he needed an extra part to secure the pipe to the sink. The following weekend came, he gave me an excuse how he couldn't travel from DC to Baltimore because his mom surprised him and came in town. I was understanding and rescheduled with him the next Saturday. I called him today to confirm tomorrow's appointment and he gave me an excuse how he has no transportation to Baltimore (personal problem, not mine) to finish the job. Meanwhile, he was paid to do a service that he didn't complete. Now, I have to hire another plumber to finish the work. On top of that, (Maurice aka Mr. Super Plumber) spilled purple PVC primer all over my kitchen floor and now I have to pay someone to redo my floors because everyone knows that the plumbing primer stains on contact. He is a scammer and slick talker who doesn't honor commitments Please don't waste your money, energy, or time. Above all, he is full of excuses, is not prompt with returning calls, and will give you the run around. I added the pictures on Yelp to show proof since I was unable to post it to this thread

Awesome small business with responsive staff. The owner handles the calls and scheduling. We've been working with Mr. Durance for about 9 years with our home and a rental property. They are honest and do great work.

Great plumber and the service was very good did the job in less time then it would take if you where to do it yourself.

The technician was on time, very courteous, very polite. I have used this service in the past and not disappointed at all!!!
He came in, assessed the issue, sat and waited for me, explained the problem, the fix and the cost,..and even printed a coupon for me when my printer wouldn't.

Could not be happier with their work. I'm a homeowner who's worked with close to a dozen plumbers in the last 8 years. I'm glad to have now found one who excels in all areas; actual skill in doing the work, logistics of scheduling, getting a quote, getting parts needed, etc. they are more than a good plumbing company, they are a really good company in every way. the guys that did the jobs I had were really nice to be with to, and most of all, they have a lot of experience and seriously know how to do it right the first time.

Jimmy and create were great. He was very responsive to calls and flexible with the install schedule. I'd recommend jimmy for any air conditioning needs.

Megan was a big help, she identified a solution to our primary problem but then also indicated some other concerning issues and good recommendations for resolving. We're grateful for her expertise and sound workmanship!

Eric came out today to fix a slow drain. Was really easy to schedule and work with. Called back quickly when I initially called. Knew his stuff, and clearly explained what was causing the slow drain (corrosion on old galvanized pipes). Prices were good too, the initial drain clearing was about $100 less than a estimate from another plumber. Friendly and easy to work with. Will absolutely call him back again in the future.
