Best Repair Work in Washington DC

Unfortunately, this business ghosted me after I requested service to fix my toilet handle. The plumber took the handle part and never followed up for the repair, even after I called several times. I later learned that the part he took wasn't broken, so had to buy a new handle.

Jenkins Plumbing repaired/replaced my storm drain and a Shower diverter valve on a rental property I own in DC. He not only beat out other estimates by far but he was prompt and professional during the whole process. Before performing the work Mr Jenkins gave me a walk through explaining the process and the risks involved which made me really comfortable. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

The best experience ever with a plumber~ So my basement flooded... a lot. And the plumber I originally got would only tell me the sump pump was the problem. He didn’t want to fix it. When I wasn’t available in the morning and then had a narrow window for when my home would be accessible, Mike adjusted his arrival to avoid the conflict. He identified the problem- the electrical outlet fried my sump pump, called me to let me know the issue, replaced the pump and rerouted the power to a functioning outlet and forwarded a report on what happened- and he did all the work in just over an hour. He also recommended a company to help with the flood cleanup. While other contractors were dragging their feet, looking for ways to get a payout from the insurance company, Plumber in DC simply fixed the problem and provided resources to help. If you need a plumber to do the work right in a very short period of time while not ripping you off, Plumber in DC is the plumber to get. I can’t recommend them more highly!

If I could use negative stars I would. This company purposely damaged federal government property and is currently under investigation by Amtrak police. Please never use this company!

I’ve had All Plumbing out to do some emergency jobs and some regular water heater replacement etc. Every single time they are responsive, on time, do an excellent job, and even did great with social distancing and precautions with regard to COVID-19 (masks, gloves, stayed across the room from me). I have been very happy with their work and professionalism; I cannot say enough good things about them!

They helped fix a leaky tub that caused water to come through a ceiling for an affordable price, less than $300 for everything! I thought it was going to be horrific, but they fixed everything and did some extra sealing that I didn’t expect. Always professional folks working quickly, and friendly!

They also replaced my old water heater same day, hot shower within hours of my appointment. I am very happy with this company, great job all around and no weird hidden costs. Highly recommend!
