Best Repair HVAC in Washington DC

Sorry but I was very disappointed with the service and price.

My main complaint is that they didn’t fix the problem and didn’t even do what they said they were going to do to try to fix it.

Beyond that, the price was absurd. They charged $120 for materials for maybe $5 worth of duct sealant (and didn’t even use enough to seal the ducts!)

They charged 12 hours of labor at $90 an hour, but the guys were here for about 2.5 hours, and most of that time was spent waiting for another guy to bring over duct sealant. I called and pointed this out and they reduced it to 6 hours of labor.

They were on-time, very nice, easy to make an appointment. I just don’t know what I got for $800.

I had a water heater replacement right before Christmas. I called 3 HVAC companies. Mr. Charles' quote, advice and professionalism won my business. The great job he and his assistant did with the replacement and other follow-up work kept my business. I'll be calling him with any future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Had a clogged main sewage line. They came within 30 minutes and resolved the problem in 1 hour. Great service!

“Ruth Plumbing did a great job on my big messy urgent plumbing and new fixtures installation. Based on that professionalism, I had to call again to help me on a heater repair in 1 DCPS (Kramer Middle School) and 1 Recreational Center in DC (Rosedale Rec. Center). Ephraim was prompt, reasonable on his quotes and cleaned up after completion.

I got my HVAC system repaired by them and they were very thoughtful and open with questions. I can't say the same with other companies who tried to overcharge.

Tyler Diebler the technician was great. He quicklyaccessed where the water was leaking and how.He obtained the necessary supplies and repaired the hot water ceiling pipe within an hour. Then he did a thorough clean up. Mr Diebler is an asset to yourCompany. Please pass on this review.

The aquaflow team was amazing. They responded faster than anyone I’ve ever called and kept the owner and management company in the loop through the entire process. I would recommend them for any plumbing work needed and their emergency response is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
