Convenient, Affordable , Experienced

Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. They submitted a bid on a commercial project then ended up not returning calls or emails, either from the estimator directly or from the office. Set us back quite a bit.

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

I’ve gone to Durance Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs over the past 10 years in two different houses. They are by far the most professional, provide the best value and perform the best work. Kirk and Adam are the most honest plumbers you will ever encounter. We just had to have a new hot water heater replaced and decided to get several quotes. I can not say enough about these guys. They have excellent prices and are very knowledgeable. We had a water main break in our front yard and we had other estimates from bigger companies that were charging much more plus the other companies seemed less invested. They also explain everything so you understand what is going on and what is the best way to go about fixing the issue. I will be recommending them to everyone i know, and if i have any future issues they will be the first ones i call.
