Best Plumbing Remodel in Washington DC

These guys were nothing short of absolutely fantastic. We had an emergency with our main sewer line and time was ticking. We frantically did our best to scout 3-4 companies. Stevens was given to us by a friend of a friend of a friend (literally). The others were totally, abjectly awful. They began giving preconditions, giving opinions over the phone, talking about how unavailable they are, and had mighty large attitudes. Just awful. These guys took down my info, knew immediately what to do, I got a callback with a consultation in less than 10 minutes, and then was told that if needed, a plumber could come out tonight (and boy, was it late). Quick, efficient, targeted, and prompt. Literally all one could want from a company. I seriously do not recall being this impressed with a company in a while. Yeah, after hours service is a pretty penny, but what are you gonna do - it's after hours. I sincerely cannot recommend these folks strongly enough. I can totally see how they ended up surviving for more than 13 decades... hopefully many more to come...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL!

I paid Maurice (aka Mr. Super Plumber) to do a plumbing job for me that took him all day to do. He promised to come back the following weekend because he needed an extra part to secure the pipe to the sink. The following weekend came, he gave me an excuse how he couldn't travel from DC to Baltimore because his mom surprised him and came in town. I was understanding and rescheduled with him the next Saturday. I called him today to confirm tomorrow's appointment and he gave me an excuse how he has no transportation to Baltimore (personal problem, not mine) to finish the job. Meanwhile, he was paid to do a service that he didn't complete. Now, I have to hire another plumber to finish the work. On top of that, (Maurice aka Mr. Super Plumber) spilled purple PVC primer all over my kitchen floor and now I have to pay someone to redo my floors because everyone knows that the plumbing primer stains on contact. He is a scammer and slick talker who doesn't honor commitments Please don't waste your money, energy, or time. Above all, he is full of excuses, is not prompt with returning calls, and will give you the run around. I added the pictures on Yelp to show proof since I was unable to post it to this thread

Excellent job - I couldn't be happier with the work and the price. If I do need a plumber again I would use them again. I would also refer them to anyone that needs a plumber.

We used this company because our water heater wasn't working well and we only had cold water at our hair salon. The company came out, said they 'repaired' the unit and did a flush on both units, charged us $1400 and left. A week later the same issue happened, so I called and they said they would come between 1-5pm on 12/30. I waited and waited until 5:15, I called and they said oh sorry the technician is still busy we can come Tuesday. First, I never received a call or text that they weren't coming until I called them. Very unprofessional. Then I said please I will stay after hours we are a salon and we are very busy for New Year's Eve as you can imagine. The call center rep said she would call the manager and have him call me. No call, no email. nothing. I had to get another company to come, pay $400 for after hours. The technician showed me pictures of the unit and what Cherry Blossom did. They left the cover of the heater completely off, the sensors had been disconnected and left that way, the pipes were no longer insulated and just copper filled with water all over dripping. He said they DEFINITELY didn't fix anything obviously and they left it a mess. I HIGHLY do not recommend this company.

This is my second time using Roto-Rooter this year. Once again, the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. The dispatchers are all nice as well. While not cheap, they show up quickly, are courteous and get the job done. I will use them again.

I am in the construction field and I can tell you that these guys are very professional, fast and reasonably priced. They are my go to plumber now. Highly recommended.

They were great and professional, they helped us with a full plumbing system for a building of 3 floors (12 showers and 10 toilets) the price was amazing and the work first class

Old water pipes, oh no! What a drag. So in the long run I decided to have all of them replace in my home with new copper pipes. So I got on the phone with Plumber in DC and I was impressed. They took the time to do the job correctly and efficiently. I really liked how they took the time to explain things to me. I had a wonderful experience with Plumber in DC and I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!

This business has been a life saver for me and relatives to whom I have referred A H Jordan. They are reasonable, always professional and competent. Never have I had to re-hire another to complete or finish a job where I have called Jordan.

“Ruth Plumbing did a great job on my big messy urgent plumbing and new fixtures installation. Based on that professionalism, I had to call again to help me on a heater repair in 1 DCPS (Kramer Middle School) and 1 Recreational Center in DC (Rosedale Rec. Center). Ephraim was prompt, reasonable on his quotes and cleaned up after completion.

Moshe of Capitol Handyman was very responsive and professional. He responed to my initial inquiry quickly. He came out the same day to give me the estimate. We needed drywall repaired. We also neede some painting done both inside and outside. The work done was excellent. He was very neat and respectful of our house. I didn't have to do any cleanup after they were done. I will definitely call Moshe at Capitol handyman when I need other work done.

Very happy with the professional service Johnny provided on 3/18. MH Barnes has a very polite and knowledgeable staff. I will reach back out to MH Barnes for future work at my house in Kensington.

When I needed my lead service line replaced they worked with me in every way they could to make it happen. I was very pleased with the guys and the price. Would definitely recommend them for service and value.
