He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to make sure things were clean after he finished the work. Avoid! Steve (big guy with pony tail) came to look at my leaking shower. He tried to persuade me to avoid my insurance company, pointed his finger in my face several times, called me stupid, tried to instigate an argument between me and my neighbor, insulted my girlfriend, refused to provide a formal estimate before beginning work, sought for me to admit all liabilities prior to work (and diagnosis), and was told by my management to leave the building due to his inappropriate behavior. His assistant gave me a ballpark estimate for the work, which was 3.5 times the amount my insurance company would authorize. I went to Jiffy plumbing, who did it for 1/4 the price, and they were nice.

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

We have had them come to deal with various issues over half dozen times in less than a year. Each time a different problem they easily solved. Their customer service is friendly and return calls quickly if you have to leave a message. Absolutely a solid five stars plus.
