I have used Al's Twin Air for several years for all my HVAC needs, for my primary residence and rental property. The staff are always professional. They arrive on time, complete the job as promised. The lady in the office is excellent. When I called requesting emergency service when my air conditioner died during the extreme heat, she worked her magic (lol) to get someone to my home very quickly. I have recommended Al to all my friends. They have had the same professional experience.

We had an issue with our Navien tankless water that our original contractor could not figure out for months. Navien recommended Charles and Sons. Frederick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed that day with parts he already had in his van. They clearly are knowledgeable and experienced, and very professional. They consistently call ahead to confirm our appointment and arrive on time. Jose Alfaro did an excellent job making minor repairs to my high velocity a/c system, which is in a difficult-to-access area. He was quick, efficient, kind, communicative, and followed all covid protocols. I highly recommend him!

They (Teddy) did an awesome job replacing my kitchen forcet, leaking bathroom pipes and replacing some pipes parts outside the house. We had an emergency situation with a clogged sewage line and backed up toilets, tubs, and sinks. Emmanuel was prompt and very courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem in our house and worked hard to resolve it for us. He was considerate and helpful, explaining to us the issue and showing us how to help prevent further issues in the future. Highly recommend using Len the Plumber.

I had previously given this company high marks for the furnace that they had replaced. I then hired them to do a simple shower faucet replacement, this has turned into a nightmare! They do not communicate, schedule, and no show. I am looking into firing them and bringing in another company to clean up this mess AND make my bathroom usable again. I have found out that the plumbing was installed too far back from the tile surface, so the knobs will not go on as they should. FMITA!
