Sorry but I was very disappointed with the service and price.

My main complaint is that they didn’t fix the problem and didn’t even do what they said they were going to do to try to fix it.

Beyond that, the price was absurd. They charged $120 for materials for maybe $5 worth of duct sealant (and didn’t even use enough to seal the ducts!)

They charged 12 hours of labor at $90 an hour, but the guys were here for about 2.5 hours, and most of that time was spent waiting for another guy to bring over duct sealant. I called and pointed this out and they reduced it to 6 hours of labor.

They were on-time, very nice, easy to make an appointment. I just don’t know what I got for $800.

Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.

Installed a new HVAC system today. Technician was Elvis Lopez-Gonzalez. Did an incredible job. Finished early, left the place cleaner than he found it, and it worked perfectly immediately.

Very reasonable price & great people, they actually took there shoes off at the door most people don’t.

Pricing is reasonable and billing is very clear. They are the most work focused and responsive company I've worked with in a long time. I represent multiple residential clients and they have been incredibly responsive and thorough without fail. Highly recommend.

As I am to become a grand father for the first time, we organized a baby shower gathering this past Sunday in January. We anticipated 40+ guests attending. On that Sunday morning about 7 AM I heard a big bang sound followed by massive amount of cold water rushing from a broken cold water pipe under the sink of the master bedroom. The pipe cut was beneath the shutoff valve. Being unable to close water using the valve under the sink, it took me minutes to shut the master water valve in the basement in order to stop the water. By then there was a pool of water gathered on the master bathroom floor and also seeping through the ceiling lights to the first floor family room which was decorated with baby shower decoration and wrapped gift boxes. A disastrous situation with first reaction of how to go about cancelling the event. Hopeless and never experienced such situation, I googled for a plumber and called Len The Plumber's emergency line. The lady who took the call was very kind and calm. She assured me they would help me with my situation and told me she would dispatch a service call asap. Minutes later I received a text message informing me a service technician was on the way. Around 8 AM Len The Plumber's truck pulled in my driveway and James Hodge, the master plumber came to help. James entered the house with a big bright smile. The aquaflow team was amazing. They responded faster than anyone I’ve ever called and kept the owner and management company in the loop through the entire process. I would recommend them for any plumbing work needed and their emergency response is one of the best I’ve ever seen.

In years of using plumbers both personally and professionally I've never encountered pricing policies as opaque as WL Gary's. They charged over $250 for the plumber to buy basic toilet repair parts. They charged for the plumber's time to generate an invoice even though it's automated. They charge for a full day's rental of a plumbing repair device that's stocked on the truck and was used for less than an hour. The basic quality of the real plumbing work appears to have been good, and the plumber was pleasant to deal with, but he did have to return to fix a problem with that expensive toilet repair. All in, I can't recall having felt so gouged by a company's pricing and will never darken their doorstep again.

I was told one thing by a representative for the company and told a totally different story by my warranty company. Miscommunication is very unprofessional and a waste of money and time.
