Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone! We called around 8:30am and they were able to give us a same-day appointment, for which we were grateful. The technicians arrived by 12pm and had our AC working within 15-20 minutes. It couldn't have gone any better!

After completing the job in about 10 minutes I received my report via e-mail. Thanks for the quality of service you provided today.

In years of using plumbers both personally and professionally I've never encountered pricing policies as opaque as WL Gary's. They charged over $250 for the plumber to buy basic toilet repair parts. They charged for the plumber's time to generate an invoice even though it's automated. They charge for a full day's rental of a plumbing repair device that's stocked on the truck and was used for less than an hour. The basic quality of the real plumbing work appears to have been good, and the plumber was pleasant to deal with, but he did have to return to fix a problem with that expensive toilet repair. All in, I can't recall having felt so gouged by a company's pricing and will never darken their doorstep again.

As part of the install, I was required to call and have them come out on a 70 degree day to top off the systems they installed in December. This week was in the 70s so I called them. I spoke with a very please receptionist that promptly called me back after I left a message. The service technician was scheduled and he made it here within the allocated time period and was courteous and responsive. He checked the system and then was on no bill... all part of the December install. So, I read some bad reviews of these guys and I have worked with the install team and daily support desk, no issues at all with any Jimmy Gusky staff to report. Smooth sailing.
