Stevens Plumbing was great. The Plumbing team that showed up at my house lead by Will came at the stated appointment time, kept me in the loop for any problems that arose and worked effectively and efficiently to complete the installation of my new laundry tub. The price for the service rendered (labor and material included) was roughly 50 percent of their written quote.

Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.

Yesterday, I had to phone a plumber, and I was given his contact information. I discovered an other local plumber online who could come to me sooner and for less money, therefore the price was also not the greatest.

I rate Plumbline very high after many experiences with their staff, mostly responding to emergency leakage and related problems in the English basement unit of our townhouse on Capitol Hill. Really BAD experience. If you don’t want your plumbing system BUTCHERED and don't want to be lied to, or told you need to replace much bigger parts than it needs, with much cheaper parts, create more problems, then still left your plumbing system damaged. Do NOT use All Plumbing.

I’m seeing a lot of similarities with other bad experiences and reviews from other victims of All Plumbing especially for condo owners. All Plumbing doesn’t have the professionalism or qualified personnel to do proper plumbing work, which is quite funny considering the company name. They can’t fix plumbing issues, all they can do is cut a part of your plumbing system and replace with their own cheap parts. They damaged my vintage tub with machinery, hammer and chisel, to replace tub stopper with no reason provided to replace them.

I only wanted to get one of the shower faucet/stem repaired. Kewin Greenhill, one of the managers, insisted to need have all my shower faucets replaced including round-in valve which required breaking through my bathroom tile wall. Of course, after they broke open the tile wall we discovered that there was nothing wrong with any plumbing parts behind the wall.

The technicians don’t have the skills to repair anything. They can only cut the system to pieces and put their cheap parts in, even though I requested compatible parts. won't ever use them again!
