I have used Durance Plumbing for several years. They are awesome! I have an old house with lots of issues and they've come through every time. They are prompt, honest, courteous and tidy. Their prices are reasonable and they always give me the estimate before starting work. They've replaced my furnace, hot water heater, and countless other things. When I have an emergency, they rescue me every time. My heroes!

The technician showed up within 3 hours of my contacting the company. He was courteous, professional, and fixed the problem quickly. He also gave me a better discount than the one I had found online!

I called them and came to fix my toilet and water back up really quick, very profesional! Also moved my water heater tank to a different location, no mess and very easy transition, they are always happy and willing to go the extra mile!

While the work completed was effective, their staff misrepresented their willingness to work with my insurance company, on several occasions, and worse has been unwilling to provide the most basic information on cost that I have been unable to file a claim - costing me over 1,000 in out of pocket costs. I recommend finding a different company to do business with. I will never use them again.
