Don’t think he was completely honest. He charged $100 extra for going to get the ‘right’ part for our leaky faucet, the part was a standard one he should have had in his vehicle to begin with.

Very rude over the phone. Needs to learn how to speak to potential customers.

Super thankful for this company and their quick response to scheduling and having a tech come out. Our tech Khiangte was super informative and friendly. He described what was wrong very thoroughly and was able to get everything fixed within a reasonable time frame. He provided his direct contact info which to me was above and beyond.
