I have used Super Plumber twice: once to replace an old convection a/c unit and a second time to replace an old, rusted disposal and install new faucets and a new water filter. He was responsive and did a complete job with a discount. He was completely trustworthy. We did the a/c installation which took several days when we were not present.

He may be a good plumber, but he is totally unreliable. He didn't come at all on the day he said he was coming. He doesn't answer his phone mail.

I came home from an appointment at about 1pm and found an emergency situation; my water heater had failed and water was running out of it into my equipment room area and my adjacent lower level office. I phoned Len the Plumber, they said they could get an engineer over between 2 & 5pm. Their man, Kraig, arrived at about 3:45 pm. He was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and proficient. He worked exceptionally in spite of the tight and messy circumstances, removed the faulty unit, replaced it with a new one, tested it and set it up, and the installation was completed and operational by 7:30 pm. In addition they are taking care of filing for needed permits.I am very pleased with the work they did, especially on such short notice, and would recommend Len the Plumber without hesitation. First class operation!

I had a serious and widespread plumbing issue in my condo caused in part by the faulty installation of pipes years ago. Elie and his team correctly diagnosed the situation using a hi-tech camera (which produced a video of the interior of the pipes so I could see exactly what the problem was) and set to work replacing and correctly reinstalling a large part of the plumbing tree in my ceiling. What a relief! Elie and company know what they are doing and accomplish the work for a fair price.
