Tai was so upfront, honest and informative. Told us he was happy to spend our money if it was warrented -but it was not today! As the camera snaked through our main drain (another company's master plumber told us he used a camera and enumerated the problems), Tai showed us where in the pipe problems could occur and told what to do to avoid any.

Responsive and thorough and knows what they are doing

We’ve had several jobs done by Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Each and every time they've come out, they were extremely responsive, punctual and professional. They consistently call ahead to confirm our appointment and arrive on time. Even when we had an emergency involving an issue with water in our basement (due to a sump pump malfunction), Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling recognized the urgency of the situation and came out the very same day (on a weekend). Their quality of work and service far exceeds our experience with other, well-known large companies we've hired in the past. As consumers, we aren't all knowledgeable in these trades; however, Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling has accurately identified the cause and source of the problem each time, without guesswork. They described the available options to remedy the problem, with pros and cons for each, giving us the opportunity to make well-informed decisions, without any surprises. Their work has always been meticulously executed, with efficiency, outstanding quality and results. Best of all, their prices were fair and reasonable. There were no hidden charges. Thank you!

Wonderful experience. My AC stopped working Friday night I called Sila first thing Saturday morning and they had a technician out within an hour! Within 20 minutes of the technician's assessment he diagnosed and fixed the problem. The technician was punctual, polite and professional. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company.

We had a major backup in the sump pump drain line (outside). Called Green Plumbing and they sent AbdulRahman Mustafa to help me out. He was great in finding the problem and coming up with the best solution to fix the issue once and for all. Would highly recommend

Plumber in DC was awesome! Showed up on time, reasonable price for the fix, polite and courteous. Did the job in a timely manner and provided a warranty for the repair. Would highly recommend and use again!!

Best possible experience!

Non-responsive, not recommended. This plumber charged us $130 for a 10min assessment on a water heater replacement, stated that fee would go towards work, then never got back to us after repeated calls, emails.
