Please do not use this company. I was referred to this company by Choice Home Warranty and because of their lack of customer service and failure to properly diagnosis the two leaks in my kitchen I have to move my schedule around once again to accommodate yet another service call. Muhammed was more concerned with collecting the service fee of $65 than actually locating the leaks coming from my kitchen sink!

Choice Home Warranty needs to do a far better job at vetting their subcontractors. I should have known from the very beginning that things were not going to go well. Muhammed kept getting the appointment day/time wrong. Coupled with that his attitude suggested he was doing me a favor by taking the assignment from Choice instead of appreciating the business from Choice.

I’m sure Choice Home Warranty could have found another company willing to take the appointment and actually do the work by locating the leaks and properly repairing them...!

Muhammed’s only concern during his brief time in my home was to collect a service fee!! Providing quality customer service was not!

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

Never bothered to return the call. No worries, there are other places who'll be glad to take my money.

I had a VERY good experience with this company for a water heater replacement. Frederick was fantastic. Professional, polite, funny, and clearly good at his job. Price was good, service was great and fast. Strong recommendation.

We have frequently used the services of Thos.E Clark since moving to washington 13 yeares ago with no clue who to call. We have been 100% satisfied each time. There teally IS a difference -- a good one -- dealing with a multi-generational family business! Prompt, neat, polite and above all 100% competent. I have read that some think they are more expensive that others. I do not know about that. I DO know that to attract and retain a team of experienced, well-trained and skilled technicians, they have to be paid properly....and that the result is consistently high service. We recommend witout reservation.

Kestons came and did a hot water heater replacement. Did an amazing job. Excellent price. Explained everything as well, what he was doing and how the system worked. Super helpful Will be using them again for sure.

After researching at least 10 other plumbing companies to do the plumbing on my unfinished basement we settled on No Limit Plumbing. The price was very fair and Shawn was very hands on throughout the process. He showed up on time everyday and gave clear explanations/guidance on things we we not knowledgable on. The permit process was also included so we did not have to worry about that. I must say we were very pleased with the workmanship and profesionalism

Excellent job - I couldn't be happier with the work and the price. If I do need a plumber again I would use them again. I would also refer them to anyone that needs a plumber.

He may be a good plumber, but he is totally unreliable. He didn't come at all on the day he said he was coming. He doesn't answer his phone mail.

Transparency in upfront cost was lacking. I took a loss for having someone come buy and work was not done. To snake a toilet should not cost 500. 00 dollars . And was still charged to have plumber come to house.
