Green plumbing was assigned by our Home Warranty company for what should have been a simple leak repair from an upstairs toilet. The technician spent about 5 minutes in the house. He claimed that the toilet flange was broken and the system needed replacing. I was very skeptical, as we had just had a complete bathroom remodel including all new toilet parts. I was even more skeptical because the technician never even removed the toilet. Again, he was in my house for 5 minutes. My claim was denied by the warranty company because the technician claimed it was a flange. Surprise, surprise. When I had a 2nd Company out to diagnose, they found nothing wrong with the toilet parts, the flange or anything parts related. The problem was a pipe leak, as I expected all along. They repaired the leak and provided an invoice and written explanation of the problem, so that I could get reimbursed by the warranty company. I'm not sure what the Green Plumbing technicians problem was, but common sense tells you, that you have to remove the toilet to diagnose a flange issue. We'd never trust Green Plumbing again. Based on my experience and other similar reviews, I'd avoid completely.
