He is always on time and provides great advice as to how remedy the problem. We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

Plumber was on time and fixed the issue promptly.

The owner, Paul Core came to give an estimate on a job and was amazing. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Felt like a family friend who was there to help. Highly recommend.

On time on a Saturday for $75 to come and $75 per half hour work, satisfactory work, and courteous. Did more to check something else rather than estimate and charged me alot more extra, but a few days later mgt refunded it. Very nice to work with. Spring 2016.

I am all about being honest and owning up to my mistakes. However, upon writing a check. There were some issues. I corrected this error by paying the balance plus any other charges. I really felt horrible. Upon paying via web. He never stopped my check resulting in $330.00 surcharges. He was called several times to stop payment. I ended up calling my bank and stopping. He is now avoiding my calls and refuses to correct his error. Very unprofessional and bad for business. Guess I learned a valuable lesson.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden!
