Technician Brian did a great job of getting us up and running in a better way. Three stars is based on the fact that they were supposed to get the job done a day earlier than they did because of a mess up in the office.

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

In addition to a terrific job repairing/replacing our kitchen sink plumbing, on a separate occasion A-1 performed an on-site investigation for the source of a bad drain/sewer smell in the house. In both cases they were on time and completed the tasks in a timely and professional manner. We will use them again for any future plumbing issues.

The technician that came out (Orville B Peters) was absolutely fantastic. He was very willing to explain everything he was doing in detail. He explained why each step or part was necessary or unnecessary. He made sure that everything was working properly before he ever thought of leaving. Excellent work and excellent work ethic. Had a water shut off valve issue and it was on the emergency , the technician David Gutierrez from Reddi did a nice job and fixed is. He went beyond the way to find the root cause and did the excellent job. I would definitely want to work with him again.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.
