Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

I had the most enjoyable experience of any service with Discount Plumbing's employee James. He showed up QUICKLY, within an hour, to the house where I had a complete stoppage in the main drain. My family couldn't use any plumbing, and after a really rough time with the home warranty people we called Discount Plumbing. James was done so fast I couldn't believe it. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Everyone with needs for plumbing would be VERY lucky to have him. The service was 100% perfect and cheap but NOT cheap, if you catch my drift. This company deserves more than 5 stars, This is the same-day schedule that I made with them and I only waited 3 hours before Raymond came. Raymond walk us through on what will be the process, and it only took him less than an hour to fix our drainage issue. Highly recommended!

Great experience start to finish! I was nervous after reading the other reviews on Google and yelp, but this company was wonderful to work with. From Suzie and Heather in the office who helped schedule my appointment and notified me that the installer was en route, to Eric(k?) who performed the install, I could not have been happier. Eric arrived exactly when scheduled, was professional and courteous, very careful with our floors, and very meticulous about installing and testing our new dishwasher. Highly recommend this company!
