Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service.

I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths.

The rental monies have never been late. Their attitude to this day is just pay your rent and we don't care about the conditions of the property.
I was in the business works for 20+ years, and this is definitely not how you handle issues.

Hey everyone, if you need to get out of a tight situation, look no further! This literally save the day. Client/neighbor of mines was without hot water and and due to a bad valve, we could not replace the water heater. I gave this guy a call and he came out super fast and repaired everything in a timely manner, I’m talking new ball valve, ran new copper lines to the new water heater! We had hot water in no time at all!

Did a same-day installation of my water heater. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Answered all my questions respectfully and volunteered tips and suggestions. My first experience with them, I was very pleased with the service.

Called Johnny on Sunday late afternoon. He said he would get someone out Monday morning. He called me back and asked if I had called the City of Norfolk. He said they would cover if it was their system. They came out and it was a clog between the house and sewage line. Johnny sent out Brian Monday morning. They arrived early and got it all fixed. Good price too.
