Mr. Jim Miller and Tim were extremely professional and did the work on the spot. They were on time and completed the work in about 2-3 hours. They left the place clean... really cleaner that it was. Everything was explained to me and in layman's terms. The price was good, now if you had charged me half price, I would have given you all 7 stars. Thanks for your service and work well done.

I can't say how thankful and wonderful Mr. Martin and his colleague were this evening! They were very quick to respond to my problem, addressed my issue with quickness and had my a/c back up and running in no time! I would high recommend him to anyone with any issue they fix. they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Hunter the gentleman who did the work at my house was very polite and knowledgeable. He did an exceptional job and was very respectful. The company was very accommodating to my requests and needs. I feel confident with the work that was done and I'm pleased to be worry free now. I definitely would recommend them and we'll definitely be using them again. Ask for Hunter he won't let you down with the work he does!!

After a miscommunication with the first plumber, Andrew at A1 was very responsive, addressed all concerns, and sent a highly professional plumber the next day to install my tankless water heater. The coordination team worked well through the whole process. Happy with the results.

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

He gave me a two hour window and showed up right at the beginning. What he quoted was what I paid which was a very good price. Very nice and friendly will definitely be calling when a plumber is needed again.

I called Rob to come out in the Winter of 2011 to convert some old washer/drier connections to the new standard. He told me the job would only take a few hours and it'd be done. Three hours later he was finished without ever having to go under the house. He hands me the bill and it's a whopping $2000. I was taken aback by how he figured he could charge this much. This was partly my fault for not receiving a quote beforehand but his predatory billing scheme is a sign of the kind of business he runs. I kept the refrigerator magnet he gave so that I could recommend my friends and family not use him.

The plumber came out on a holiday weekend and worked at night. Very much appreciated!

I would like to say the service my mom and I received from Kelvin Edmond was very professional. He came to the house, found the issue and gave his estimate. There are times when a repairman will give you one estimate and before the job is done you have several. I really respect his professionalism at the start of the job to the end.
