Best Water Pipe Replacement in Virginia Beach VA

Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

I had my home completely re-plumbed with new water and drain lines and install a new tankless hot water heater for 2 baths, laundry and a new kitchen. Sean and Zach did an outstanding job. They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One thing that I noticed was that they both worked well together as a team. Great teamwork! Sean was very meticulous in his work not only for how it functioned but how it looked. They removed all exiting piping and daily left the job site spotless. they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

They installed the XR14 heat pump and TAM4 air handler today. The install crew was on time, professional, and answered all of my questions. Their startup process is very thorough and the job site is spotless after cleanup. I have two additional Trane heat pumps that will probably need to be replaced in a few years. American Mechanical will get my business.

They were responsive, timely, called with follow-up and repaired the issue within 48 hours after the initial call at 12am on a Saturday.

They are an amazing company with employees that go out of their way to help not me, but the clients I have.

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

The service technicians who diagnosed and fixed our plumbing problem were professional and helpful in explaining options which best resolved the late night crisis we found ourselves in. Not only was our kitchen sink completely unusable, but we were expecting all our family to arrive within 24 hours for a family reunion.
