The air condition in the house quit working last night and it was already 85 degrees this morning in the house. We received a call that Steve would be here in a hour and he showed up and quickly fixed the air condition. I would use this company again. Thanks for the quick service.

Late afternoon on March 9th, I thought that I heard water dripping in the area of our bathrooms. Upon checking the city meter, my suspicions were confirmed. I asked a friend of mine who is a retired contractor who he would call? He said that since since he retired he had suggested Atomic to several of his former customers. We called Atomic and they scheduled us for the next day.(Wednesday) . Wednesday morning, there was an email from Atomic telling me when I could expect a plumber. During the morning, I received two phone calls giving me a report on when the plumbers would arrive at my home.The plumbers, Shawn Dyer & technician Trey were very friendly and professional. Trey went in the crawlspace and found a leak coming from a wall behind a vanity. Shawn give me a price ,which I thought was reasonable, and then completed the work. After finishing the job, Shawn told me how to contact Chesapeake Public Utilities to file a request for a leaking pipe bill reduction.' Both Shawn and Trey were very personable and did a super job. I have Shawn's card on my note board in case I or one of my friends needs a SUPER PLUMBER in the future. Herb Harrell

Mike did a wonderful job of building a ramp and extending the porch at our house. Working with Mike was a pleasure - I found him to be detail oriented, honest, punctual and organized. Mr. Raymond Hedin was the best technician I’ve ever had! He explained to me what was wrong, the ends and outs of what could be wrong, and the fixes to each problem. He made sure to make it known that if the problem is not fixed and future issues arise, then it would be the other option. He gave me all the information I would need to know even for the future. He worked fast and was so polite. HE EVEN WORE SHOE COVERS WITHOUT BEING ASKED lol that’s a big deal for me and having a toddler and a baby! He made sure everything was running well before leaving, took all the pictures he needed, and made sure everything was completely good to go before exiting my home! I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours.
