I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from this company. I had the pleasure of working with Jim over the last few weeks, who helped me through an extremely aggravating situation. My husband and I bought a house 2 years ago that we later found out was both poorly and cheaply built. What should have been a quick fix turned into a 4 week ordeal due to faulty installation by the home builders and incorrect replacement parts sent by the manufacturing company. Jim was at my house 4 different times and was extremely patient, pleasant, and professional at each visit. He went above and beyond to get the parts I needed in order to spare me additional frustration. Thank you for your hard work!!

Having a unique problem and after several attempts to have people attempt to correct a hosing situation to a floatation tank one call to Sean solved the problem that has been an issue for my business for about 6 weeks now. Sean showed up less than 90 minutes after I contacted him, not only evaluated the situation from his professional view but also listened as well as took into advisement all of my concerns as well, even after the fact when I had a question regarding the fix he came straight out make sure that I was 100% confident in the repair. Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack.
