Great customer service and work was done really well. The staff in all ways, from the lady I talked to on the phone right down to the plumbers, was friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a leak on my water heater and they responded within 10 minutes of my inquiry with a very affordable quote. Were at the house within 2 hours and changed both hoses out (only one was leaking - the tech explained it would be best to change both at once to avoid spending more later). 30 - 40 minutes later, my water heater was working better than it was before. Very professional, quality work. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Kris did an excellent job repairing a few dents and nicks on my exterior door frame. I had furniture delivered and the delivery men hit my door frame with furniture. I called Zline a few days later and they were able to squeeze me in. Kris was able to give me a quote and fix my door frame on the spot. He was professional, he arrived on time, cleaned up his area, and made my door frame look as good as new. Thank you Kris and I hope more customers choose you to be their “on time handyman”.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

This is my first time using Roto Rooter, but after coming home and finding that neither of my toilets would flush, I needed to get someone out immediately. Never returned my call, made several attempts to call them after initial call where they took my information stating that I would get a call to set up an appointment.

Todd is now my go to plumber. He's quick to respond and came when he said. He fixed a leak on my hose outlet, unclogged my washer drain and one of my sink drains. His prices are good and don't break the bank. On top of that he's a good guy who loves his family!! Call him.
