VERY happy with the exceptional service from Atomic. Randy C the specialist did excellent work, was very prompt and professional, and a good sense of humor to boot. Also really appreciated being contacted by the office to be notified that the specialist was 10 minutes from arriving.

When I first called Cecilia’s I got their voicemail, since I was driving I wasn’t able to text the number they had in their message so I left a voicemail. Within the hour I received a text message about my phone call. I needed a plumber to fix my outside water spigot.

I waited about a week for my initial appointment, Mike came out and was actually earlier than expected. I received a text message letting me know he was on his way. After a thorough inspection, he found a crack in the pipe, he told me exactly what was going on and how he would have to fix it.

He had a fairly quick opening to get everything fixed but I needed time to move the stuff in my garage out of that corner for easy access to the wall where the pipe is located. Fast forward to this morning, I received a text letting me know Mike was on his way and would be there shortly.

This house came with its own set of issues that my husband and I have been fixing and trying to make them better than what we were given.

My confidence in Mike went through the roof when he pointed out that we had the best water pipe spigot thing (my words, not his) that money could buy. He knew at some point our water pipe had been replaced but they didn’t do it correctly and he told me how it should have been done! There wasn’t even an emergency shut off valve, which I had never thought about. Mike said he would be able to put one in for x amount of $ and I was like heck yea!

Mike was quick and efficient. He actually made my water spigot more secure than the previous one! I will gladly call and request Mike for any other plumbing needs we have just based on this initial experience with him and this company.

This repair was also very reasonable! Plumbing issues seem to always cost an arm & a leg, not today folks. It was a win all around!

This was a last minute siding repair due to the recent storm. Very quick response,very professional, knowledgeable and honest. The siding that he put back in place look better that it did before hand. I am a life time customer and will definitely recommend to others. otThank you for everything

On time...was a little more involved than we thought, older house stuff. But went the extra mile and made things right.

This rating is specifically for Brian Novak at Guy Smith at Heating and Air Conditioning. He was amazing! We just had our AC and furnace replaced and started having difficulties with it. Brian came out, on a Saturday, and fixed everything! Not only did he fix the problem, he also walked us through the new set up and showed us specifically what to change in the winter/summer time for the best quality and efficiency of air flow. He also gave us information on an Air Scrubber and will be installing it for us in the following days. He was professional and took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions.

Mark has done 3 jobs for me. He does great work and is very professional. Highly recommend Gravity Plumbing.

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

The plumber didn't arrive until about 90 minutes after the quoted time, however he was clean, nice, and knowledgeable. He had our sink cleared out quickly and even cleaned up the mess which caused the clog in the first place (vomit!). He didn't have to do that, so bumped back up to 5 stars despite missing the appointment window. Will definitely call again.

After trying to clear a stopped up sink for 2 days, which included different drain clearers and snaking the pipes, with little to no success I called A1, I got an appointment for one day later, the technician Steve was on time, professional, effective, efficient and got the job done quickly. Outstanding!!!!

My A/C quit working during the hottest days this summer. Although every company was busy during this time, American Mechanical was able to fit me into their schedule and the technician was absolutely wonderful! He diagnosed the situation and not only repaired the problem but also got my system working more effectively and efficiently. The best service I’ve had done in my home since I purchased it a few years ago!

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!

My main line and toilet were severely clogged which was a huge problem for my family and I (seeing as how I’m 8 months pregnant). The technician showed up in the middle of the night and stayed until the problem was fixed. I appreciate the work he put into making sure everything was up and running. Would 100% recommend
