Sean came out on a Saturday for one of my homeowners. I was out of town and my regular plumber was unavailable. He came through within 30 minutes of the phone call and took care of the issue. Life saver! He worked quick and my homeowners told me he was a great guy! Highly recommend!

Zach M was extremely thorough. He told me what he was going to do and why then kept me apprised of how it was going. Water was backing up at the sink, dishwasher and washing machine. My drains were clogged from the sink in the kitchen to midway through the house where they junctured to go out to the septic. When he finished everything worked wonderfully well. He even gave me hints to keep this from happening again. I will definetly use A1Plumbing and would hope my technician will be Zach M he did a really good, thorough job in a timely fashion.

Dan Steele was my service provider and he did a fantastic job. When he came in I made a change to the original job that essentially doubled the workload for the day and within 15 minutes he had a new quote ready to go and started working. He was very professional the entire time and he gave me advice on some other projects I was working on unrelated to the task he was performing. Overall, I highly recommend American mechanical and I am very satisfied with the work they did for us.

RPG tore out and replaced my tub and surround in one day. Everything about the process was handled smoothly from the planning to the install. The job they did was outstanding. I needed a valve replaced on the line from my water heater. I called A-1 as soon as they opened and they assured me they would schedule me that day. I received a call back within minutes and was given the time frame that they would be there. Due to circumstance beyond their control the tech informed me that he was going to be a little later than what I was told but promised he would be at my house that day. As it turned out he was Chaz set to work and completed the task in short time. This company exemplifies the true meaning of professionalism from the person answering the phone all the way up to the ownership. We experienced a little issue and the ownership and management resolved the issue to the satisfaction of all concerned. I would recommend this company to anyone any time. The real standouts in this operation were the techs (Jeremy and Chaz), management (Skip Savell) and the ownership. It’s good business to notify residents that work is being done and their trucks will occupy space on the street. No one notified me; no one knocked on my door.
