We had a great experience with James identifying a leak. He was very professional, patient, explained the possibilities and solutions very well and in a very respectful manner worked through a solution with us. He did such a great job and left such a great impression on us we will be requesting to work with him again on our repairs. Atomic Plumbing call center personnel is very professional as well, they certainly provided me with high quality service and a very fair quote. We knew what to expect during the visit and were very satisfied.

If you are like me when it comes to repairs I am just used to opening my wallet and let myself be robbed because of not being mechanically inclined. I got three estimate for repair to my AC unit and was given a range of 3000 to 5500 dollars being told this was needed, that was needed and so on. Anyway with money being tight I tried one more estimate and contacted James Dodd Plumbing and Air. The office staff was very friendly and was able to get Mr. Dodd himself out there the same day. So what the other repair places made seem like the end of the world turned out that just a minor repair was needed and the cost was minor. I was so relieved. So yes 'Virginia' there is a honest repair man out there. If you are looking for honesty, professionalism and people that follow through go with James Dodd Plumbing and Air.

On time on a Saturday for $75 to come and $75 per half hour work, satisfactory work, and courteous. Did more to check something else rather than estimate and charged me alot more extra, but a few days later mgt refunded it. Very nice to work with. Spring 2016.

We own several properties and have always had trouble finding a good plumber. Today my son-in-law suggested we call Sean fixes John's plumbing, for a leak we had at our house. They came very promptly. The young man was very courteous, fixed our leaks, and cleaned up after himself. I am so relieved that we finally found a responsible plumbing company. Did I mention that bill was very fair as well!

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence.
