Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

We called Z Line to install safety bars in my mother's bathrooms. We also had some caulking done and a new faucet installed in her kitchen. Tim came over on monday to give us a quote and we were able to get the work scheduled and completed 2 days later. Tim was very professional, friendly, and did quality work. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned the areas up well when he was finished. The only neg thing that I could say is that we were given an 8 am start time, and he arrived shortly after 9. To me, that is not a big deal. The proof is on the pudding, and Tim did a great job! There are several things that my mother would like to have done around here home, and we will definitely be calling Z Line again.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden! I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

I have found plumbers for life in Coast Plumbing! As long as I live in the Norfolk area I will call Coast for anything I need. We knew we needed our main sewer line replaced from the house to the street and got many estimates. Not only was Coast fairly priced, but they recognized the urgency of our fix and were able to begin work very quickly. Tim and Doug are such friendly guys who take the time to explain what they’re doing, which made me feel so much better about such a big project. Coast Plumbing is an all-around great company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs the job done well!

This company has done more than just what they did this morning. They replaced my hot water heater and replaced my ignitor when it went bad under warranty. They will continue to get my business. And I thank you guys for the speedy work ythat you do!

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.
