Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Taylor West was very professional. He kept me informed. Once the service was completed; he showed me the issue was fixed. He also explained what he fixed and corrected. The company also were able to come to our home after receiving our invoice from AHS.

Dan Steele was very helpful with my generator maintenance. I have an older unit and he made sure to thoroughly inspect every aspect to ensure it worked properly and safely. He took the time to explain what he was doing to me. He also provided me a variety of options for solving an outdoor outlet issue I was having. Would highly recommend him and American Mechanical.

Todd was friendly and professional. He set an appointment and called me when he was on his way. He respected my home by using drop cloths to protect the floors and wiping his feet on the outside mat each time he came inside. Tony was an absolute professional. He showed up to my house first thing in the morning, ready to go. He diagnosed my water heater problem, (without the threat of a service call charge if I didn't have him fix the problem) let me know what the cost would be and then got right to work. His total time from pulling in the driveway to shaking hands on his way out the door was less than an hour and a half and in that time he found my problem, repaired it, then welded in new lines to prevent it from happening again. He is a true artist in his trade. I felt like my problem was personal to him. And when I asked what happens if something goes wrong with this repair, I didn't get the standard taillight warranty (warranty is good until you see my taillights) answer. Without question, Tony and Son Plumbing, Inc. is my new plumber.

Came out for a last minute call. Did great work quickly and competently!

Service from TCP did not fix the problem and actually caused more damage. Contractor rushed into the issue and assumed it was an issue with drain pipe - ended up breaking T&P valve trying to remove the drain pipe. After breaking valve, suggested to just get a whole new water heater. I took his advice and ordered new water heater through them and 3-5 days later still had not heard from them - all the while not having hot water. I reached out to them and they then realized they had not even ordered the water heater yet and that the installation would not be able to be completed for 1-2 weeks after the water heater came in because it wasn't an emergency service... I decided to then have another company come out and they quickly realized it was a gas issue - not a water heater issue. He fixed TCP's damage for $25 and got VA Natural Gas out to fix gas issue. I called and cancelled the order and repair from TCP. 3 and half months later I receive a bill in the mail from TCP for the service fee after no contact or follow up at all.
