One of the most professional and prompt technicians of any kind my family has ever dealt with. Had some major plumbing work that had needed taken care of and Mr. Cecilia promptly responded, came out, and took on the issues without hesitation. Would recommend him and his business to anyone and everyone and will definitely have him back soon to help with other plumbing work, as he is an expert in his craft, be it a big or small job!

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

I will start by saying that my problem was fixed and done well. However, the customer service/dispatch/call center they have is atrocious. I live in an apartment and the property manager hired this company to fix my clogged drain. The first plumber inspected the shower pipe and said it would require 2 specialists and would be approx 3-4hr job and that I would need to schedule an appt as he could not do it. So I did for the following day, and took a vacation day from work. Those 'specialists' no showed. I did not receive any contact from the company. I called, was put on hold, and disconnected. I called again, spoke to another lady who apologized and asked me what day i wanted to schedule another appointment. I had already taken time off that day and demanded someone show up to fix my drain. They sent 1 random plumber, who proceeded to fix the job in 20mins. He was very professional, apologized for the mix up, and even made the comment, I don't know why the 1st guy didn't fix this. Extremely aggravating experience that cost me a vacation day for something that could have been fixed in a few minutes.

I had a linking tankless water heater replaced by Jason. He was very professional and took care of everything from determining the problem, checked to the warranty, picked up the replacement water heater which was covered by warranty, and installed the replacement. Last evening we had a sewer backup at my Dad's. Dispatcher called and said they didn't have anyone available. I explained what was happening and she said...let me try one more of my guys. Well, Jeremy came out after he was already off work for the day and was able to help us out. When he arrived, he identified what needed done, gave us a quote and he was able to restore our plumbing in no time!
