Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

What a great person to lead his crew to put in an attic water heater in 95 degrees temp. and the heat index above 100 degrees. Wow, what a great job. The price was more than I thought, but, that is what happens when you have a 17 year old water heater with a attic ladder opening that was 2 inches smaller then the new EPA regulated water heater. Plus, a badly installed AC unit exhaust ducting that was installed incorrectly. Great catch Jim. Again, what a great job he and his crew did. From start to finish. Randon came out soon after my call, unfortunately, the job needs some contraction work to be able to fix. Would definitely call All Day again. Randon was nice, polite and explained everything that would need to be done. Will call once I find a contractor to take out the tub or vanity.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

Jose' is the kind of professional that you want in your phone book! Prompt, efficient, excellent rates, excellent problem solving skills and best of all, a great attitude and communication. I have needed a plumber that I could trust or some time now. Glad to have him on my call list!

The two who came were polite but most importantly they were honest.

Antoine was awesome! A1 got him out to me the following day after I had a slight plumbing emergency (clog that overflowed the toilet) which was amazing! They worked nicely around my work schedule :) As for Antoine himself - he was amazing, worked super quickly and efficiently and gave some super helpful advice. Also very friendly and pleasant to talk too. Will definitely keep A1 as well as Antoine in mind for any future plumbing issues :) !!

Rich was very professional and courteous during the service and installation of my water heater. He took the time to review with me the work he completed by SHOWING me what he did. Most people talk to you by reviewing a piece of paper. I would recommend his service to anyone. He did the job quickly and I greatly appreciated it.
