I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

I had a leak underground and called Atomic Plumbing with short notice. They were awesome, from the office to the job! Sean D and his assistant Tim were fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable and quick. Beverly at the office was very efficient and she was able to send Sean and Tim right away! I would highly recommend Atomic Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! I was very pleased!

I highly recommend Cecelia’s home repairs. Our water heater broke yesterday. We called this morning at around 10 and they had a technician out before 12. This is on a Saturday and they had no extra charge for coming out on a weekend. They were very good at explaining and answering my questions. Mike, our technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful especially when I was asking for quotes for other items we needed done. Finally, they are very affordable. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

The tech, Jason, was at my door within 30 mins of my call for service, fixed my clogged sink in 10 mins, cleaned up the rust in my sink, and charged a flat rate that was cheaper than others' quotes. Both he and the secretary Melissa was friendly, down to earth, and very professional. Thanks again you guys. I will definately use again and pass along.

Tim and Paul were focused immediately when they arrived. They confirmed what we called to have repaired and with a willingly attitude repaired other things that we remembered we needed done also.
They went to get our materials quickly and cleaned up…although I told them I would do it, being minor and because I appreciated their professional and genuine attitude while doing all repairs and providing suggestions.
And the quote, was surprisingly great.
I recommend when requesting your technicians, always ask for Tim and Paul…I will again!

They practiced great safety during these difficult times of disease and provided expert help, even decreasing the price once they discovered the true nature of our plumbing problem. Planet plumbing responded quickly to a main sewer line blockage. They were professional, experienced and flushed the system in less than 15 minutes. Also cleared the tub drain. In and out in less than an hour and price very reasonable! Extremely pleased with the company and the end result. Will definitely call on them in the future.

Ooh my goodness!! We are beyond satisfied with Roto-Rooter's promptness, professionalism, expertise, hours (24 hours, no after hour fees) and work results. We stumbled upon them by way of Google. We contacted 2 alternate agencies, and they were unable to send anyone out for 5 to 7 days. Roto-Rooter was contacted and the pleasant staff advised they could have a technician out within a few hours...THE SAME NIGHT of the call!! Technician arrived at 10:oopm and worked diligently past midnight trying to determine the problem. He even reached out to a counterpart; which also came to the home to troubleshoot. I must insert...if they cannot fix the problem, it is my understanding that you are not invoiced, not even a service fee! Technicians determined the issue and promptly returned back the following day to complete the work. One was Russell and other was Mike. They were soo personable and patient as this was a warranty claim; which requires contact is made prior to completion. They provided the warranty company the required information and work was completed timely. They even took the time to answer a few additional questions that we had not related to this service call. They exuded nothing but excellence! I have placed them as a contact in my phone and they will for sure be our number 1 contact in the future!! We 110% recommend this company!!!

They were hired by Lowe’s to put my faucet sink , not only did the technician messed up our sink , he also tried to get me to get it fixed by him outside of his company . This company is a joke , if I would of known Lowe’s were gonna hire them for this task I would of not gone through them at all .. save yourselves the headache and don’t hire this company .
